Maybe for a role player these might be funi surely have no need or want for emotes as a grand prize for quite alot of hard work. it just doesnt feel sufficient or something i want to work towards.Emotes used to be added for free / no grind.

i like it. id usually have bought gems to get it.but since the build template fiasco and the way legendary items are handled by this new system,iv vowed to stop buying gems and supporting the company.i like the cape but not getting it on principle.

No. the way the system handles legendary gear is straight up broken.can no longer switch weapons on the fly to blast might or give swiftness as it auto ejects all sigils and upgrades.i completely ignore the equipment 'template' and leave my legendary weapons free in my bags to switch toi manually switch my traits and skills depending on the game mode/situation so essentially i stay in the same template /loadout.

its been 10 days now and still silence from anet. As a customer i feel disrespected now.Is this being swept under the rug?

anet have gone silent ...againtheir trying to sweep this under the rug and hope we just stop asking for changes for this broken overpriced build system

personally the worse part of this patch for me is the auto ejecting of sigils and infusions from legendary items.this simply is not a QOL change ,not for me anyway.its lead to me NOT equipping any of my legendary weapons to the equipment 'template' im only using that for armour ( non legendary ) it seems anet dont consider that people like to switch weapons to blast might or give boons before an encounter.if those weapons are 'tied' to another build ,the system extracts all the upgrades.its saddening when peoples only reply is ' buy more templates' when all you want to do is switch ONE weapon from your build.as i said ,its better to just not equip leggy weapons into the template,just have them free in your bags to switch to on the fly depending on the encounter.this is NOT a QOL improvement for me ,its created a problem which anet is trying to sell the solution to.

you are right.not only that but this system punishes those with legendary weapons too killing build diversity.if that weapon is 'tied' to a build ,when you switch legendary weapons all the sigils and infusions are extracted into that gear tab.for example : you have a legendary warhorn as part of another build... your running about and want some swiftness or you want to buff allies and switch to the warhorn, the system extracts everything from it ,leaving you with an empty weapon.so essentially we would have to buy a whole extra template to switch to an offhand weapon or something thats not part of that build as we are 'locked' with the weapons we chose for the build.so certain legendary weapons are now 'locked' into builds ?this is absolute madness... The best thing to do is NOT equip your legendary weapons to the template have them free in your bags to switch to on the fly.

anyone else think brahams voice actor is being used for too many characters?hes a good voice actor for braham but cant really change his voice,tones or accents very well .hearing braham all over the place is immersion breaking for me. if their going to reuse the same actor ateast try and make the different npc's sound uniqueits not just brahams VA either,their making their other VAs do too many characters too.again i dont mind if they reuse VA's but atleast put some effort into sounding different or editing the voice after.

do you work for anet or something? have family members or friends that do? get paid to support them on the forums or something?

my main gripe is the voice acting.. aurenes voice is SO unfitting. she sounds like taimi or another female voice that is over used. also we keep hearing the same voice actors being used for multiple characters.. i keep hearing braham have conversations with himself as the voice actor doesnt really change his accent across characters. they have so many characters but only a small handful of people voicing them. its immersion breaking for me.as for the story ,iv never been into it..for over 6 years its been mediocre to me.

this is ridiculous. what kind of marxist communist philosophy is this ?its very clear your upset about the haves vs have not's. its classism plain and simple. if your upset about running guild wars on a toaster then save up and get yourself a decent rig.your main argument is complaining about loading speeds and what computers people have to play the game vs others is pathetically selfish and bitter .you speak of equality and empathy ,yet want to diminish what others are getting so its 'fair'there is no true equality within an MMO anyway,someone will always have more gold/skins/game time than you what a joke ,welcome to the real world comrade.
