So do you think there will be some new weapons introduced in the new expansion? Something like lore related. I cant think of any but maybe like a spell book. Maybe the skills are curses related or something. Or ninja stuff like shuriken and kunai. Crossbow kinda possible too.

as the other just said, join a HP train. or u can just earn HPs in PoF maps cause its soloable. or just create another character with different class. engi isnt newbie friendly imo. so go with a class thats easier. like guardian, ranger, or necro. i dont think deleting ur character or stop playing is ur answer. u can try so many things in this game. take it easy and slow, enjoy every step. the game isnt only about class.

some easy classes are probably necro, ranger and guardian. i suggest u go with guardian. pretty straight forward. lots of builds u can choose. and guardian is always needed in endgame content. but i think its better to not to use the 80 boost. leveling manually will make u get to know ur class better. u could get overwhelmed with the skills and traits. getting to lv 80 is not a long way. u can do dungeon to make the progress faster. or if u have tome of knowledge then u can def use it.

definitely minion master reaper. reaper is pretty straight forward so i think its the easiest class to play. beside with minions u can pretty much do damage by doin nothing or pressing less keys. and ur minions will take most of the damage. once i see this person went afk in sandswept isle where the inquest base is, theres lots of mobs there. but he didnt die, he couldnt. cause the minions killed the mobs without the person doin anything XD so yea i hope it suits u :)

so honestly its very hard to take in ur question xD because u didnt state what class u playing. every class has different builds, and u can choose out of those builds. but from what i see is that if u choose power build, then ur weapon should be power as well. it does u nothing good if u have power weapon and condi weapon in the same build. as u say if u runnin power ranger, then berserker/marauder longbow it is my main is power soulbeast, druid, and condi mirage. so i use berserker longbow for my soulbeast, harrier staff for my druid, and viper axe/pistol for my mirage. i dont mix different stat in one build. if its berserker then all berserker. except for example like my condi mirage, i wanna add a lil bit of survivability in there so i add some rabid armors as well.

so for griffon its like a more fun way to fly and if u start from a high place then dive, u can get anywhere so fast. because griffon honestly is faster than skyscale. but if ure like gonna climb something to get a vista for example, then u have to switch to springer. for skyscale its like normal. u can get to any places easily, u dont have to switch mount just because u wanna get that one vista. it makes everything easier not gonna lie. but for example if u just gonna keep flying from one place to another (no obstacle whatsoever) then skyscale isnt as fast as griffon. and theres the grinding. for griffon yes u need 250g. but the quest to get it isnt that hard. if u already have the 250g then maybe u can get ur griffon in 2 days. 3 days if u havent finished pof story. cause u need to finish pof story to start griffon quest. and for skyscale. u have to work for it, like pretty hard xD u need all episodes of ls4, but u only have to finish the last chapter to get the quest started. then u have to have access to all the ls4 maps. u need to grind 250 curreny for each map. which can be done by doin hearts in each map. and if u wanna get it faster u can use some alts. after u finish the heart u can buy the currency from the heart vendor usin karma, so i suggest u keep that karma if u gonna go for skyscale. took me about a month to get skyscale because i hate grinding. but if u doin the quest routinely then u can get it in a week or so. in conclusion, it depends on u which one to get, both are a good mount.

HPs in PoF maps are easier than the ones in HoT maps. You can pretty much solo HPs in PoF. If you know where the HPs are and how to get there, then its def best to just earn the HPs in PoF. If you dont, then maybe you can try HP train.

hey i had the same problem a while ago before i decided to main my ranger. i like class that’s aesthetically pleasing as well. and can do any content solo. what i found is that mesmer (mirage) is the asnwer. even tho i did choose ranger to be my main ( i have my personal reason xD). why mirage? condi mirage with rabid or trailblazer gear is pretty strong. and because of the ambush and energy sigil u do a lot of dodge. ngl im suck to do damage in any class but one time i did strike train with my guild and my dps wasnt so bad. and i pretty much survive the entire mechanic chaos xD all i have is exotic equipments as well. mesmer has lots of cc as well so its pretty nice to see those cc bar breaking xD. not to mention portal! and stealth. it helps alot when u doin dungeon. but i think mirage is not part of the meta build rn. but u can pretty much use it for strikes, fractals and any pve content. for raids its a bit more serious i dont know much about chrono cause its hard and i hate it xD but mirage is def my most fav. im planning to gear up my mirage after im done with my druid. and as u say mesmer skills looks pretty awesome as well. aesthetically beautiful xD hope this helps u

question about druid gear (boon duration) so im still trying to gear up my druid. trinkets and weapons are all ascended harrier. armors still exotic. what i notice is that my boon duration has reached 100% because of the druid trait (i think). and i dont see any point of crafting harrier armor now. what if i craft ascended magi armor instead for vitality? why the build in snowcrow recommend all harrier equipment even tho i already achieved 100% boon duration with some exotic equipment?

i have ranger, guardian, mesmer, necro and elementalist. all level 80. heres the thing. i cant decide which class should be my main xD. none of them wear ascended yet because i wanna gear just one class which will be my main. i was thinking maybe ranger. SB for open world ( im running viper condi rn) and druid for fractals and dungeon. so i only have to craft ascended for my druid cause they say exo is enough for open world. but ppl say that theres no druid in fractals. can somebody recommend me which class should be my main? the one that strong in open world and fractals or dungeon. and if theres any chance id like to go for support class in fractals :D

guys im havin the same problem rn since yesterday. did all the things that i find ask some people. and nothing works. ive tried restarting my router. ive tried repair, port test, and -diag. no connection is blocked. when i see results from -diag its connection succeeded. ive tried deleting gw2 folder in appdata. vpn. nothing works :( i just submitted a ticket idk wether it woll work or not but im hopeless now :(

so someone gave me a rifle deadeye build a long time ago. but i lost it. i really like that build. the rotation was something like deadeyemark > signet > signet > 3rd skill > dodge roll > then i go to stealth > then first skill. i should go stealth as much as i can. does anyone know this kinda build?

im looking for Sea of Sorrows NA server guild. i heard that lots of SEA player are in this server but i never met one. so id be really thankful if i can join SoS server and play WvW together :)

i submitted a ticket as well to anet asking some questions about this problem. and they said that they dont know why the 2000 gems isnt available. so my guess is that gems selling thingy isnt anet problem. its digital river problem.

for class. both of them is fine. depends on what ur team needs. if ur team needs dps then reaper. if ur team needs support then it can be scourge or druid. it really depends on ur build and ur team conditions. use whatever class u think is the most enjoyable. for build i dont really know, i just use metabattle then change some little things to my liking. they still work fine i think. never done raid but i usually do strike mission with my guildies and the mirage build that i get from metabattle works just fine even tho i use full exotics. for gold farming. im not quite sure cause im still tryin to find some good place my self. i usually run ab meta and pylons event. and sometimes sw. it gives me a pretty good amount of gold. but not too much like people say about 20 gold/h or something. some people say dragonfall is the best place to farm gold rn cause u can use the currency to buy t6 mats then sell it.

i usually buy gems from trusted third party. because i dont have any credit card or paypal. i wanna buy another gems but for some reason its out of stock. i asked the reseller then they said it has been runnin out of stock for a while. i try searchin for another third party reseller but all are out of stock. is there a problem from anet? or is it just my country?
