Did they end up fixing it for you?not yet but see my above post. they have been very responsive in a timely manner to my support ticket regarding this issue which I appreciate. It looks like a fix is being worked on and it will roll out in a patch when they have it working.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an ETA on a solution. Don;t worry about it saying it's solved already that was for a different issue than you have currently. Any updates will be provided on that page so keep checking in for any new information! so a fix is in progress

Well I think that they wanted the screen shots so I could prove I did it before they fix it on my account but it seems to me if they are going to do that for everyone that has it bugged that's going to be a lot of tickets to look at....

FYI I replied to my original ticket that this was not resolved and they requested screenshots so I just sent those off to them showing I have finished deed 3 but it is not checked.

Gaile how do people who finished the 3 tasks before the bug fix get this to update? I am still at 3/5 got Chasing Tales: Asaliea the Channeler with heroic deed #3 not checked but I finished the 3 heroic deeds already so I cant get this to progress.

Yes there is one hidden chest in the sauna room in one particular location (the back corner of the far back left hidden-ish room) that is bugged. I have only encountered that once so far. the graveling plate drop is very iffy but I have managed to get it every time although one time I barely made it to the final room for the big chest and had to miss out on some other hidden chests because light of deldrimore ran out. And the chasing tales bugs are definitely annoying. I am sure they are working on fixes for all and hopefully we will see fixes with tomorrows update!

Does killing them in downed state count? Might be a good way to get it if it works? I started on the focus and that one appears bugged as well, I did all 3 mini achievements but only 2 seem to have counted :(

I did the 3 separate tasks in the journal; Storms Eye, locus of power and torrent of magic but in the achievement of asaliea the channeler only the first 2 deeds are checked off and then the top one of making the exotic focus is checked. Deed 3 does not have a check mark and I'm not sure how to advance this further as there are no other chasing tales achievements in my journal so I don't know what deed 3 could be especially since I did 3 separate mini achievements for it already. Is there something I am missing here? Has anyone completed this one?

the bug has hit me now too :( I was able to get thru 3 rounds of 10. I saved til I had 10 keys and would open all 10 in a day. Had my 4th set of 10 keys and went to use them but the chests are open. guess I will just keep saving keys til the fix is implemented.

This is happening to me too after windows 10 update this morning. Happens in GW1 and GW2. Submitted a ticket through the support site.

I am having same problem too I noticed it started around the time I updated windows 10. I thought it was mount relatesd too because it always happened on a mount, usually raptor and usually mid long jump. However the last 2 times I have froze I have not been on a mount and the last time I was just standing in timberline falls waiting for Anomoly to spawn. Also the last time i was not able to log back in after signing out and back into windows. I got the error that client lost connection with the server. I had my alt account up on my laptop and it showed me going online and offline several times when I tried and then I just had to restart the whole computer to get back in. Very frustrating!
