  2. ok well it also puts them out of range of the slam so they don't have to worry about it but that wasn't my question or concern anyways.
  3. My stored API key disappeared from the wiki so I generated a new one with all permissions and its not working to grey out skins/unlocks that I already have when view the lists. I even tried with one of my older API keys that was stored on the API key generation page. None of them seem to be working on the wiki. My stored API for efficiency is still working fine so it seems to be Wiki related.
  4. because it puts them in the middle of all the sauls when he splits and thats not good. they cant go too far back or they get the hands and off to the sides but out of the middle puts them in the slam area which is the whole reason for doing ranged strat, not to have to worry about the slams. Its just difficult when he fixates on me at the edge of the platform and is in the middle of all the oils. Just looking for any insight as to how he chooses his fixate to make it easier on everyone.

My raid group does ranged strat on Deimos and I oil Kite on my soulbeast. we didn't used to have this issue but in the past couple months, when the gambler version of Saul (the one that splits into 4) comes back up he always chooses me to fixate on. this causes issues because then he's standing in the oils and its difficult for everyone else to damage. We thought maybe it was a toughness thing so I would unmerge with my pet before he comes back up since that gave me a bit of toughness. He still fixates on me every time. Does anyone know why or how he chooses his fixate? It didn't used to be that way, just in the past couple months. Just looking for any insight on this so we can try to change who his fixate is to help in the fight. Thanks!

  7. well a revamp of recs to not have the same rec appear twice in the same tier or twice on the same day would be really nice, please make it so Anet!
  8. with the addition of the weekly fractal chests for completing unique fractals in each tier it would be really nice to be able to better track these in game. I would also like to see the recs all be unique instead of having 2 of the same fractal appear twice in the rec rotation. Sirens Reef is done twice in T2 recs and Sunqua Peak is twice in T3 recs. That way you would know you can always just do a set number of fractals that are never in the rotation to reach the number for the weekly chest. Also fix the rotations so we don't have the same fractal on different levels twice in one day as we did yesterday with Mai trin being the T2 and T3 rec. Thanks!

  10. Does anyone know for sure if all weapons with future upgrades are noted in the description now? Trying to clear my bank out a bit. Can I safely forge the illuminated boreal and the tengu exotic weapons? The stormcaller ones are the only ones that have a note that they will be upgradeable in the future. I don't want another boreal weapon fiasco! thanks
  11. they made the slumbering versions of the 2 new ones that are actually cheaper to craft...now we just need slumbering versions of the old ones and life will be good!
  12. I like this implementation but as far as the build templates go, I still don't like how they are set up. I would like to push one button and have my full build and equipment tied to it. I don't like having to select equipment set and build set separately. Also PLEASE make the ability to turn of legendary effects a reality! Especially those annoying trinket effects. Here's a thought on how to handle the skins. have the ability to clothe every character in whatever skins you prefer, then have a checkbox on the armor and weapon slot to show the actual skin or not, if its not shown then it shows the skin you have chosen. Put the same checkbox on trinkets to show or not show effects. I have just about finished my 4th set of leg armor (my first pvp set) I really don't care that I will have made more than the 3 weights in legendary armors and will continue to work on PVP and WVW leg armors simply for the skins...because FASHION WARS! :) You could implement an achievement for crafting the other armor sets and other legendary items to incentivize people to continue to make them or 'compensate' those who already have? IDK just an idea.
  13. So now we can hide our weapons, back piece and several pieces of armor but still can not turn off the annoying effects of legendary trinkets?? Its the only thing keeping me from making them because its just too much visual clutter for me to play with. Please make this happen Anet....it cant be that difficult can it?
  14. Yep I have a the tank token and heli pad in my bags and tried to use them again today. same thing, get the flash like 'something' happened. tokens are not consumed and no decoration in guild hall storage.
  15. I have tank and heli platform and neither one is working for me. Double click, get the flash but don't see them in decorations tab anywhere
  16. I found it there's a second orb collection rift up high above the whale...why the hell did anet put that dummy rift in there down low?? I assumed that was the one for the collection, it looks like one, gives you the counter and everything >.<
  17. On my alt account she has 4 pieces of glorious gear, one piece reset (the boots) none of the others did.
  18. I get so much of the quartz dust off my home instance node I trade it for trophy crates. You can buy it on the TP too...
  19. So yes I feel I can confirm that it seems to be a matter of doing them in a specific order. I just got all 3 deed achievements. I unlocked it just today, went to the spider cave with my DE. I let the spiders hit me a couple times and then used only skill 2 and 3 to kill so not inflicting vuln. Got my 30 kills then killed a few with skill one for the cruelest efficiency making sure I took damage from them again, then killed fish for the one to not take damage. Achievement finished! Hopefully this info will help them to fix it :)

I did get the 4 in 20 seconds before wounded beast on those same spiders then when they respawned I let them get my health down and got the wounded beast one separately but as some had said maybe the time is off from what it says because I killed all of them within a few seconds to get wounded beast. Perhaps the devs can check to make sure the achievement is indeed allowing 5 minutes and not bugged or improperly coded to be 20 seconds like the other one? Eddited to add: Is anyone getting rifle to work and if so how did you do it? ty!
  21. I have completed all but rifle now and have not tried that due to the bug reports. For Wounded beast I used dual axes on a warrior and went to the spider area where the veteran and babies are, Let them hit me until I was at about 900 hp, used axe 5 and the achievement popped right away. Focus was bugged for me on the first day so I bought the item from the forgemaster to complete that after the patch. All other weapons were pretty easy to complete.
