    That is not correct. Posting some indication (not the actual numbers) would show they have a system in place that makes some sense. Even if they did tiers. In a sense they already do with the server status, but they don't want to say anything that involves numbers because what happens if the metrics show something very different than server status? People would be ready with pitchforks especially on EU where 3 server get shafted for 2 months every relink.

    Or, you know, they could just openly say that server status DIRECTLY reflects their metrics over a certain number of weeks and we should believe it. There is no harm in doing this since nobody can check, especially if it was true. However, people are often reluctant to outright lie when they can simply avoid the topic altogether.

    Yeah, I did say I'd agree with the concept, but Dawdler likes to say it's a skill issue about anything that anyone else has a problem with in the game. Except when he's the one with a problem, evidently. And the thief remarks across threads are now piling up...

    Either way, if you are used to it, just join us for the ride, you haven't been unlinked for way too long, so you must be tanking, which also means your 0.97 kdr would probably be 1.97 if you weren't.

    How about FSP 6 months of no link together with Gandara? Sounds good? We don't have many thieves so you can show off and balance the kdr by yourself Dawdler...

    Normally I would simply agree with the whole post, but since you think everything else is a skill issue, it's very surprising to see such double standards...

    For some reason they will never measure timezones peak ... remember when Anet said they wanted what was  happening in  EOTM  back in normal WvW... mega omni blob ktrain w/o fights, this dates the old forum, and i believe their mindset havent changed since alliances will be still measured in the same way, both will ktrain with their own timezones and thats it..

    Seems obvious Alliances will see even more time slot stacking within each alliance. I think they hope to reduce the problem because alliances are smaller than servers...

    They do mix, except for Baruch Bay, nobody knows why they play by different rules, they get to greatly outnumber every other EU server and stay not full (and with no link). For some reason mixing English, French and Germans servers is ok, but not Spanish. Hordes of spanish speaking players from North, Central and South America also play on this server.

    The NA system is designed so that all have links, the EU system somehow has BB and 2 unlucky servers which get no link for 2 months. It's entirely possible they never eliminated T5  in EU because of BB. Needless to say all linkless servers get stuck in T5 for the duration of the linking period with 1 going back to T4 every 2 weeks.

    So, in essence, in NA you tank to get a more enjoyable match the following week, in EU you tank so that you don't have to spend 2 months with no link (or 6-8 months sometimes).

    I do agree that 'small' link servers are instrumental to success and I would also say they are not that small actually.

    It isn't a system that makes much sense compared to what we had, but at least the future populations are balanced 3 hours before relinking since lot of people will transfer before relinking due to how pips work.

    You know the system is not fit for purpose when the last time Gandara tanked after months with no link there were 2 teams with Full+Full servers iirc. And Gandara still got no link after that.

    You haven't asked, but I will share with you something: we had this teammate that was reallyyy annoying, I wont get in details but the kind of person you dislike very easily. This person stop playing for several months, one day asking about him someone told me he had this very bad health condition, I felt really really sad and bad of not noticing it and not being able to talk to him and help him in some way, my other friend did help him and give him some advice to focus in himself, he did so and then he came back to the game being a much nicer person. Doesnt play so often but when he does he is very nice. You don't know the ppl behind the pc, we will never do. My advice to you is: if this game is too much to handle and really doesnt make you happy, just focus in something else, you will feel better and perhaps come back more mature. Hate is an awful feeling, you should let that feeling corrode you. 

     

    It is more accurate to say I despise them because of how they operate, they kill duelers in the duel spot and have organised ganking groups who prey on weaker players like you guys (spawn camp group ganking, mind you). So finding and killing them, makes me very happy and fulfilled, both because they are good individually and because I feel they deserve to get ganked. It's basically the opposite of killing BB players. And I also believe this situation is driven directly by the special status BB has and the concentration of players in deserted time slots.

    I have no health problem, I just want Anet to improve this game mode, starting at least with the glaring issues. If they tell me they launch Alliances in 1, 2, 5 months then I wouldn't care, because the BB status, the links and transfer problems will hopefully sort themselves out, but we're not in that situation are we? So make BB full and give them a link. Spanish speaking people can always join through the link until BB is open again. There is zero reason to keep this special status which is visibly detrimental to the quality of BB as well.

    I probably would be lower there, because of a variety of factors like ping and how competitive it is, but just taking the rating directly across isn't gonna tell you what I would be.

    If there's anybody regularly playing condi zerk at a higher rating than me I'd be kinda surprised. I know there's not on NA, surely nobody's that dumb/insane on EU either. And if they are, they've probably made use of the regular bursts too.

    Explain to me what would change for you if they swapped the position of berserk and burst or if they assigned different slots to primal burst and burst. I still wouldn't use the regular burst other than in pve or in meaningless situations (but crucially without the chance of it going off by chance as berserk mode ends) and you still would use it as you please. You'd still have 2 (or 3) separate keybinds, like you have now, and you could still use both primal and regular core, as you do now, so what gives?

    When they make berserk flippable as someone suggested I'll retract this request, but considering this may never happen it's silly to ask keeping the status quo in light of that theoretical possibility.

    Oh yeah, you could definitely say I'm salty about the treatment Gandara receives from Anet, without a doubt. But not this time, I'm optimistic both us and Riverside are getting a link at the end of the week.

    Wasn't I clear that I do NOT consider people on BB as equal unlike most other servers, including people in guilds I deeply hate. You repeating I'm salty (salty about what...having an easier time and getting way more kills roaming that I normally do lol? Does it even makes sense?) doesn't make it any more true.

    This is not a match thread. I am not playing BB. This is a thread highlighting that BB is an outlier, has a different treatment than any other server in the game, be it on EU or NA, and it needs to stop, for their sake as well as for ours. EPveryone will benefit if they get better and are not utterly boring to play both when they don't outnunber everyone and get farmed AND when they outnumber the opponents 30:1. Luckily we've seen some of BB people on this very thread who find it boring when there is nothing to do because they have every structure on every map...

    I'm pretty content with it considering it's Zerk, solo queue, and mostly been about farming the legendary armor. So yeah, using core bursts in niche situations ain't too bad.

    Your rank would have you around 200 on EU and a bunch of people on my list who I know are above that have their rating reduced due to decay, but still that's impressive if what you say about not playing spellbreaker and not playing other classes is true. Maybe I should reset one account and get it on an NA server so I can also see what all the fuss about Maguuma and Blackgate is.

    I'll take this with a grain of salt and let's leave it at that. People do tend to brag, but claiming to be plat 3 while not being a hardcore pvp player and just goofing around on zerker and core is bewildering lol.

    You see, nobody at that level plays zerker even when they play warrior and since most of them stream...

    As I said, let's not go there. Agree to disagree on core bursts (that they are worth it and that you can land them reliably) and let's move on.

    Oh and btw flame flurry not only hit outside of melee range more often than it doesn't (it's not a ranged skill and it's prone to miss moving targets if they are too far or too fast), but it hits targets even directly behind you. I'm sure you are aware.

    There is no server with full coverage. Most servers don't have tags until prime time.

    What makes you think I'm salty. You could say condescending, which I am, but salty? Have I not been clear enough that I don't think of people on BB as an equal? And for this reason I think you need to be treated like everyone else so you may, hopefully, become more like everyone else?

    There are specific guilds on other servers that I despise (which I won't name here for obvious reasons) and I will try to gank by any means and then will also disrespect given the opportunity because they also do that, but I do recognise they are good players and not easy kills.

    That is correct, it's what I'm asking, and you are free to assume incorrectly. Not sure why anyone would prefer 2 keybinds over one and I'm not going to entertain a discussion with people thinking using adrenaline for core burst is a good idea in competitive, as that actually begs the question at what level they play in pvp and I really am trying hard not to go there. It's like arguing you can use them in pve even if it means delaying berserk.

    The fact I can use the current setup just fine does not mean it shouldn't be improved, because it's plainly inferior to the alternative due to constraints with setting keybinds AND due to core burst being lackluster and sharing the same resource as berserk and primal bursts. Also we all play other classes that use way more Function buttons, those buttons makes sense and crucially abilities are split all the way to F7 so you can really customise however the hell you want.

    The 3 buttons was just a provocation because the same reasoning people apply to keeping the current unique setup which has no equivalent in the game (ie. a button disappearing paired with another switching between abilities without being a flip skill) could also be applied the same way to a setup with 3 buttons. Because this is the essence of the problem here and also the reason why customising keybinds does not work.

    The one smart comment I've read so far is the person who wants to turn berserk into a flip skill to toggle berserk mode on and off (i.e. allow the option to end it early) and if that were the case I wouldn't mind the current setup because it would absolutely make sense to have at least 2 keybinds (I would ask for 3 in that scenario), as I said a few times above. Unfortunately that's not what we have now.

    F1 is your BURST. You activate this to spend your adrenaline.

    F2 is now a STANCE. You active that to enter Berserk mode.

     

    As for not wanting to use core burst, I can give you one good reason: A diverse utility kit. We already lack utility, and having options for us is great. Depending on the weapon, having access to the core burst skills allows you to control what utilities you may use in a fight.

     

    All that changing this back to old functionality is going to do for us is cause us to lose out on more of our tools than any other class. Again. Might I suggest taking a day to learn the changes that have been implemented, and try to get used to them? Practicing with changes like this when you're used to an older way may seem tedious, but trust me when I say it's better that they're separate.

    I already use them as they are, I just don't want 2 keybinds and, if the 'stance' keybind absolutely needs to be separate from the bursts, then I want the bursts (core and primal) to be on different keybinds from each other. One or the other. 3 keybinds or all the zerker related abilities and triggers on one and core on another.

    I'm also getting tired of the tone of some answers that seem to imply I don't know how things work or used to work and faik to address the specific points I'm making. I also clearly stated I have this issue specifically for competitive modes where blowing adrenaline on core bursts will likely result in death.

    What is the problem in keeping separate core and primal burst (irrespective of whether berserk mode trigger is separate from them or not)? Why having core on F1, primal on F2 and berserk on F3 doesn't work? Whatever the reason you believe this does not work please think about how this set up with 3 buttons woukd be different than the current one.
