This event is still bugged. There's always indefinitely ongoing event in Saidra's Haven, which is preventing me from starting White Mantle Control event: https://i.imgur.com/A61FREQ.png https://i.imgur.com/Li1h44I.png This way I can't complete the Cin Business achievement.
