  1. PvP is filled with CCs and aegises. Willbenders and Harbringers dominate and fill all roles at the same time. I mean I knew state of PvP unspeakably bad, but this is just straight kitten you to whoever clicks on that "play" button. It reminds me of WoD expanion of WoW where entire teams revolved around CC stunlocks and who has more of them.
  2. Someone has to say it: Cats in Hall of Memories (sPvP lobby) should be pettable.
  3. Transmute skills buff on weaver actually made it viable in sPvP and WvW. Its perfectly fine now. I wish they made the same changes to PvE (and also buff Elemental Refreshment as well while at it).
  4. Fishing should definitely give experience per fish caught.
  5. Just like WoW has a problem with excess amount of Heartstones each expansion, so does GW2 with its scrolls/invitations/etc. There is Spearmarshal's Plea, Lunar New Year invitation and now Arborstone Portal Scroll. I'm sure there are more of such items, and they keep increasing in number. Perhaps a separate inventory window could fix this? Or single item that lets you select? Idk...

  7. The Good: The story is so well done, enjoyed every bit of it. Maps have the best design since launch. Finally a sane balance between horizontality and verticality. DX11 is almost here, making the game smoother and giving opportunity for engine upgrades in future. The music is amazing, truly gave life to environment. Masteries feel much easier to obtain and don't confuse me as much on how and where to get them. You can pet the cats in EoD maps. The Bad: The engine is showing its age and limits. New specs still feel unfinished and clunky compared to PoF ones. EoD is still not polished and bugs can still pop up. Jade Bot charge pickup could be slightly faster. The Ugly: No new runes and sigils. Guardian, Necromancer and Revenant were dominating for years; and people discriminated if you didn't play them in competitive content. Elementalist is a mess and feels completely gutted. People want to play ranged class, ANET forces them into mele. No new PvP (my fav game mode) content FOR YEARS!!! Still no permanent 2v2 and 3v3 mode even though it's in the game. 15v15 PvP map is still not implemented even though it's finished. No new PvP game modes, stronghold never received more maps. No class balance in PvP for 3 years.

The idea was to provide more sustainable version of metabattle's open world berserker build. I wanted to have min-maxed open world build that can also be used in dungeons and low level fractals. Since berserker is dependant on crit, I opted for Rabid gear. Precision gives crit chance, toughness gives it sustain and condition damage is self-explanatory. Superior Rune of Lyssa adds precision and helps with condition duration. Since condition duration in build was lacking, I tried to increase it through "Wounding Precision" trait. "Furious Tuning Crystal" does the same and helps with 3% more. "Omnomberry Pie" (which also helps with sustain) adds more precision to help with the trait.   10. Elementalist is broken on fundamental level. The entire class needs complete rework. It suffers the same fate as shaman in WoW
  11. Can we please get a markers/icons to show escalators/portals across the city? I am so confused with this map and keep getting lost all the time not knowing where to go to go up or down. Something like portal arrows in Divinity's Reach.

  13. Thanks a lot! I decided to go with Trailblazer gear and replace Glyph of Elemental Power with Twist of Fate while keeping Signet of Fire.
  14. I am trying to create condition weaver build for open world based on this metabattle one. I would like it to hit hard, yet still have survivability. However, I am quite confused by contradictory mess that build page spouts. Therefore, Superior sigil of Strength on sword is a waste and I should replace it with something else? Since I don't have enough crit, should I replace Signet of Fire with stone resonance? If Signet of Fire is replaced, then it makes sense to use Diamond Skin instead of Written in stone? Should I use Earth or Arcane specialisation tree? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
  15. There is a lot of CC and Chill especially. So it kinda breaks attunement switching. On top of that, burning I inflict feels easy to clean off. Then there are condition spams from Necro and Mesmer. I could put more stances and cause condition cleaning from auras, but then I wouldn't have mobility and stun break.

  17. It becomes so much better when you realize you can get the rest of current attunement by pressing its icon again. So you can get into fire twice and get full skill set! 😄 Weaver sucks so bad in PvP tho, its unplayable. I can survive for a while and do some damage but always get killed by necros and guards
  18. Idk man, its clunky af and counter intuitive. One of few things that sound good in theory but don't work well in practice. Will see tho, if I don't end up liking weaver ill just use Tempest or whatever comes in EoD.
  19. They are super fun to play! But also feel clunky and inconsistent. It somehow lacks in immediate accessibility other specs have.

  21. After long break I decided to start fresh on elementals. I really dig the class and combo finishers. Class flows really well. Even though I own both expansions, I feel core elementalist is very elegant and super straightforward. Since I don't play support in PvE I don't need to be tempest. However, so many people roll weaver. Why is that? Is core ele that inferior comparing to weaver that absolutely everyone plays it? In PvP I play core D/D and have so much fun but most people go for expansion specs or something like that. Are core classes super weak now?
