just to necro this thread, its still bugged lmao, it has been since 2012, look if anet dont want to fix their broken game thats fine if you invalidate your old content like every other mmo with new expansions, but anet dont, yet they keep reusing old content for new content and introducing new bugs, this is just sad.

funnily enough, as good as mounts are within gw2, its kinda sad that most heights dont actually feel high anymore since you can save yourself at all times, all that verticality for nothing, it never feels dangerous, on release jumping puzzles were adreniline fueled masterpieces but if they dont allow gliding or mounts you can always take the rewinder.

if you decide to go with specter sceptre/dagger, then its a good option but you never use pistol whip, they killed the skill by raising the initiative edit: if youre casual for openworld its a nice QoL set to use, evades/ports/CC,blinds, and dps doesnt matter open world its puts out about 7-8kDPS solo which is more than enough for vets

because anet have never had an incorrect tooltip before ever, high won't have changed theyve just removed the option to disable ALL post processing

Yep same for me too, guy thought he was being clever but im serious when I say unplayable ive suffered from migraines my whole life and I know the contrast is going to bring one on, I've tried modifying the settings in a way that stops it and I've even removed my legendary effects and gone to default skins but I cant change what other players have

my poor shadow abyss thief has had to be redyed to grey xD, reskinned legendaries to basic skins for the time being too big big oof

Hi Rubi, Someone has purposed a workaround please see quote below changing your shadow settings stops the crashes for me too

Its much more noticeable if you have legendary effects, my character is just a ball of light now lol

I concur, its literally unplayable, the post processing does not work at all with the light adaptation making contrast way too extreme.
