This worked for me, i spent some and then the network error went away and i could claim -
I have the same issue, i have two skins which i cannot unlock. i don't recall duplicating any skins as i check for locked or unlocked before confirming. Once purchased they should be removed from the list of available since they are unlocked on the account

Run into this issue today too, i really don't wanna craft a useless backpack when nearly everything in the game awards them plus i have 2 legendary backpacks unlocked. Another vote here for the unlocked spinal blades skin to count please!

Thanks for your comments, Mine basically expired and i just deleted it in the end. Like you i have an old one that hasn't expired. I agree it is pointless to give a reward with a time limit, i wasn't really playing much at the time, it would have been much more useful for me at a later date. Nevermind though not a huge loss.

I completed the Beginner Experience Collection yesterday which rewarded a Royal Terrace 2 week pass. The tooltip says the 2 weeks will count down on first use. I put mine straight in the bank but its already counting down without being used. Is this a bug?

Is there anymore information on this? I still haven't received the items, should i go back to my open ticket which referred me to here?
