And perma or near perma stealth with near those stats and other traits that garantee 100%crit make thiefs still more annoying and dangerous. At least with wb you see what killed you. -

So 2 skills that require a target that wont help when all other classes have possibly more than 2 movement skills to chase or ona much lower cd than Judges? I guess thats why you see so many DH roaming or solo right? Because they are so viable. I hated Stealth traps making DH stealth because stealth is ridiculous in this game and I never used them but DH needs something better to be viable. F2 could and shoud evade and remove non damaging conditions with a slightly lower cd to begin with, and and have something else like a trap that give some movement skill also. Otherwise its as you said, Sword, Judge's Intervention dont cut it or even near. -

They just gave another nerf to DH(1second on f3, not much but Dh has no disengage ability that saves him), whats a guardian class able to play solo or really smallscale that has enough mobility or evades or damage denials if you remove WB? As a reminder, any of the thief elites can perform as any WB or worst since they can stealth up and reset at will. 12 years of favor still going strong -

Oh i can play this game also. Stealth is fine and perfect as it is fair that I can engage burst from within stealth, have several cc that inturrupt action amd add cooldowns with more mobility than wb. "All thiefs" 🤤 -
How do i deal with enemy players that have infinite stealth?

Only a bad thief will let u run away, you will be cced backstabed and autoatack to the ground even if ur bunker, so ur doing that coz they are bad or allow you to live. Your blocks will instant be inturuupted by thei unblocable atacks. -

Reveals as is do not resolve the issue, needs to be something like not stacking up stealth and make it a cd to reenter stealth OR damage reduction on hits from within stealth, its too much of an abuse to burst with almost no counter, thiefs can just time the attack at willl more than other classes with stealth. It is much more fair for everyone if you can at least see what bursted you. -

Stealth is not nerfed to balance but gets "tweaks" that still allow the same abuse. And very poorly countered, no viable way to coujter for all classes wich allows the abuse also. -

Again, that junction is no more special than other junctions. And they were stealthed log before otherwise I would ve heard on headphones the normal indicators of stealthing, that group was stacking stealth for over 5s and the visual indicatores were long gone. Its easy to say do this or that, without stealth the group would require hiding NOT on plain sight. Stealth in this gamelode is bad and everyone knows this, only ones defending are the ones with access to it. No class should be able to survive at will outnumbered but as it stands stealth allows al classes using it to be the ones with more chances of escaping without any need of target to teleport away. -

Dont have the patience to try and make people understand so in a general reply to som eof what I read here: 1º I do not expect to survive 5 players if they are good, but if I CAN SEE THEM I would avoid them or run the other way, stealth does not allow that for anyone unless ofc u play a class with access to it and be just as lame. 2º I was on CORE guardian and for more context I had jump out of the tower after fighting with many outnumbered but no choice other than to run out, therefor the cooldowns on my skills, I was not just happy running around and before mouting up thought "let me just waste the cds on my skills for fun" 3º Without all the cooldowns I was on 0 HP before touching the ground or at least before the game lets me press anything and react to my command (all classes get "inturrupted" upon dismounting so there is 1s of just waiting BUT anet thought it good that tho we cannot use skills we can still be hit meanwhile and as shown dead on hitting the floor. 4º regarding those players, I guess they see me playing with someone from a guild they do not like care and presume everyone on that colour trying to fight them because its wvw deserves to be ganked on by so many outnumbered players build to one shot FROM stealth, I prefer to be dead and ganked from 5 players i can see like 5 willbender since there is so much crying about them, than to be dead from "something" and then find out what it was. 5º As anyone that likes to record videos ofc I am not gonna make one about fights taking forever because of unkillable builds that take forever to kill or lame 1 on 1, or even outnumbered against lowest ranks that dont put on a fight, I made a video using a wb build that is not the bursty one most people use, I dont even like spear that much so I am not using it most times yet and on some other videos I do post losses but who wants to see failed attempts? Maybe i will put one so people react saying "ur bad because willbender is op and you should win EVERYTIME. Feel free to defend stealth in WvW as classes that abuse it cant really do much without it and keep on the comments, was enjoying reading this at work during the day. -

So before this Thiefs were the only problem? As it stands the guardian class had no elite to effectively get out of combat when roaming unlike most other professions since it required a target to "maybe" escape with judge interventions meditation IF lucky enought to have a target far away to aim and still after that it would be just waiting to be caught. Stealth goes away and then you can request a nerf to WB mobility. Thiefs only get caught if they want to risk it otherwise, stealth and RUN AWAYYYY.

This must be a joke for sure, I have an account wihtout wb and i can tell you that any other guardian master is no challenge at all for roaming/havoc , just no ways of surviving after a rotation after using the elite. nerf eveyone else then u can remove WB, i d be happy to return to the times DH was viable as roaming and actually quite good
