  1. Double bladed lightsaber esk staff in red or white energy blade color! The closest we have is the plasma staff. We need one that has longer energy blades!
  2. There are two components to this issue. Local Area Deco Cap, and the Max Deco Cap. The Local Area Cap dictates how many decorations can be placed in a single blob, and the Max Deco Cap is obviously how many total decorations can be placed in the hall everywhere. Based on 4 years of building and managing communities of builders in guild halls, both of these numbers are from a User Experience perspective for the Average Builder too low. They are also much too low when compared to similar features in Competing games. The cap that always infuriates people sooner than later, (simply because you will run into the issue before you hit the max deco cap), is the Local Area Deco Cap. It has not changed from 20 in about 4 years now, since basically release time. A massive wall or tower piece counts as 1, a single tiny candle counts as 1. Basically the Local Area Deco Cap is so low that it can be difficult as others have stated to build the tiniest of homes; (yes it's possible, but I have no understanding of why players of this game continually come out IN DEFENSE of keeping the existing caps as if they are the expert developer's of Anet's specific deco systems, verbally implying they favor forbidding any progress in this area when the caps are clearly too low from a basic User Experience point of view, and why they personally are having zero issues with it so it should not ever be upgraded... No one is not giving ANET credit for the system, we all appreciate the work Anet has done and is continuing to do in Other areas. We are simply asking after FOUR YEARS of zero progress in regards to limits that this part of the game Also continues to get some love to bring it back to what modern computers can do today, and what competing games are offering today.) Please for the love of Balthazar increase the Local Area Deco Limit, provide guild admins a slider for both caps so they can be custom set for their hall and members, or literally any other option that would make this possible, including as a last resort pushing people's 10 year old mac book airs below minimum spec. Pls and ty. ~With love and respect, but with practicality and logic.
  3. Yeah this is the way it has come out in the beginning, but either way, this makes zero sense. There is no logical player workflow design reason why allowing players to start a time trial race when the game knows that the boosts will not be there when the map race resets thereby affecting the time trail races is a good idea. People get half way, maybe even most of the way done on a longer race and the boosts that are critical in some areas will be gone, ruining your time and making you start all over again. The boosts just need to not disappear ultimately. You should be able to start a time trial whenever you want, ignoring a map race altogether and be unaffected by the start/stop times of a map race. Hopefully it can be fixed at some point. :D
  4. Hello everyone, I would like to report a bug where when there is a roller beetle race (all of the 6 permanent ones) active in the map, (the ones that start with the blue rectangle box and allow everyone on the map to compete against each other for 3 racing medallions), if you start the time trial mode before the active map race is over, but try to continue PAST the point in time the active map race timer runs out, all of the remaining boost orbs Disappear and you have to restart the race if you want to get a good time in order to restore the boost orbs. To state this in another way for clarity, if you are trying to simply do the time trial race and do not want to do the active map race, and if you start while the map race is active and need to go beyond the duration of the map race, all the boost orbs consistently disappear mid time trial and you are forced to restart if you want to get a good time. This happens on all the permanent roller beetle races. The solution to this would be to make the orbs not despawn while you are doing the time trial regardless of the status of the map races (that start with the blue rectangle box). (I have no idea what this entails technically, hopefully its not a headache). I have read the forums here and have seen people mention this same issue but as far as I can tell, no one has reverse engineered the reproducibility sequence for it so I thought I would share here. If this report already exists my bad. Please thumbs up this if you would like to see the reliability of roller beetle races improve and or if you have experienced this struggle as well. TY Anet for everything you do and ty to all of those in the racing community for making it awesome :D I really hope to see the racing community grow!
  5. Can we please get a new weapon that resembles a double bladed lightsaber like the one Darth Maul uses? Can it be a staff so daredevil and revenent can go full ham sandwich with it?! But most of all, can we please have a way to dye the color like the spinal blades backpack does?! Tysm! :D
  6. As a guild architect, I can honestly say that these race track parts are of the highest value add to guild hall decorations EVER ADDED TO THE GAME. Why? We can make buildings multi-story now, can actually build extensions to buildings and areas, use as floors and ceilings, as bridges, make the ground flat, make race tracks, etc! This has helped a ton! In addition, your art team has managed to make the wood look aged and almost futuristic at the same time, which is a REALLY big plus because we can now be creative with it is many more applications than just perhaps what it was originally intended for. Anyways, keep up the good work! Ty! My only suggestion for the future on pieces like this follows. Think about the design of these pieces in the context of conforming to a 3 dimensional cube lattice grid. In this setting, it would make sense that the Racetrack Long Straightaway might be 2x or 4x longer than the Racetrack Straightaway (just an example) right? It would also make sense the that Racetrack Downward Left/Right Ramps would go vertically down the Same Amount that the Racetrack Downward Ramps right? Well, they don't. Many of these pieces are not multiples of the smallest pieces and do not always work well together. Why does this matter? Because when you try to build things that are just slightly more complex than basic, Things Stop Lining Up even if you go full ham sandwich ocd precision mode xD. In the future. It would be great if decorations like these were like legos in the sense that we have different types and sized pieces, but they will always line up when we start to work with them Together. Ty for reading everyone, hopefully this makes sense. And yes, I have built with these extensively and I Promise you this is important xD.
  7. Anet. I would just like to let you know that I have a guild army of people ready to spend a lot of real world $$$ mooonneeeyyyy on guild hall decorations once you increase the local area decoration limits for guild halls. :D Ty for everything you have done so far, really hoping this system can be improved in the Near Future! :D PS: The race track decorations are probably the largest value add decoration you have ever added. We can now actually build additional structures, make buildings multi level, and much more :D!
