  1. Yeah and how much of the current issues is on there exactly: There is no use in a known issues thing if it isn't updated constantly or only contains a fraction of the issues that actually exists. If that list were actually all the issues in game the bug forum would be 95% less topics 🤣.
  2. I don't know if this really fits in QOL but it's something I and I suppose multiple people would like to see: So there has already been a roadmap for game content released which is great. What I think a lot of people would like to see is a bug roadmap so it is known which bugs are recognized and are being worked on. This because there are a lot of really old bugs and bugs introduced with the expansions which well negatively impact gameplay in some way. If we report these in the current bug report we only get a message like thanks for reporting but half a year later and it still exists and every 2 weeks it pops up in the bug forum without anything being done about it. (The timeframe here is just an example I know there are bugs that still exist that have existed since the start of GW2). For me it wouldn't even have to be a bug roadmap but could instead be added in the patch notes or whatever under a known issues section so it's at least known that the bugs are known by the devs. Ideally a planned fix time should be included as example let's take the AMD drivers that do this in the release notes of every driver version: Known Issues Black corruption may be observed while playing Alien Isolation on Radeon™ 7000 series graphics products. Corruption may be observed while playing Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition or Alan Wake 2 with Radeon™ Boost enabled. Users experiencing this issue are recommended to disable Radeon™ Boost as a temporary workaround. I mean right now my feeling on the communication of bugs is: "There is no communication on bugs asides from the occasional reply on some forum topics in the bug forum" But instead of this <5% of communication on what bugs are being worked on this should ideally be as close to 100% as possible like 90-97,5%. This does not mean all communication should be about bugs but at least commune to the players what is being fixed.

Has been mentioned in: Although I would like to say something has changed since I reported the bug (and the bug report was closed with a thank you for reporting) it appears that well not much has changed. @Rubi Bayer.8493 Can this be escalated cause as far as I can see this has not been worked on since December 17, 2023 and we (your customers) would at least like some confirmation it is being looked at or worked on.

So I don't exactly know when this changed but recently noticed when doing a bounty and some champion sand shark: Sand Shark - Guild Wars 2 Wiki (GW2W) This does not seem to work that way anymore? Or at least what I am noticing is the launch effect (and damage) now happens when the sand sharks dive into the sand instead of when popping out of the sand with the breach move they still appear out of the sand on the red circle but when popping out it does no launch effect or damage anymore. To be fair it's more of a nuisance than anything else as it makes the breach attack harder to avoid as the indication is less noticeable. I'm mostly wondering if other people also noticed this (aka if it's a bug or something on my end) clearing the game cache / client repair does not seem to fix the problem.
  5. Yeah please don't do this unless you want to break your normal Processor Graphics Driver in Windows. This YouTube does nothing to fix crashes unless your Intel Graphics Driver is out of date (or your processor is getting to hot using the graphics of it). If your system is configured correctly it should detect GW2 as high performance app which will cause it to use the discrete graphics card. Actually what doing the video does is only changing the name of the device ... in device manager so it was a bit of an overreaction with destroying your Processor Graphics Driver but still the YouTube video does not solve any problems and might introduce problems if you do something wrong in short don't follow the steps in the video.

Although this is a very old topic: 70 to 80 degrees (Celsius) does not really matter for a graphics card sure it is on the high side but if the frame limit is set to unlimited (and no V-Sync is enabled) this can be expected (dependent on resolution of them monitor and cooling of the GPU and case air flow). To be honest it would be best if you set your global FPS limit to whatever the refresh rate of your monitor is (aka if your refresh rate is 144Hz set it to 144 fps) with either the graphics control panel (Nvidia Gefore Experience / AMD Catalyst Control Center) or a tool like Rivatuner / RTSS*. The reason I say set it to the refresh rate of your monitor is even though the game might show that you have more FPS than the refresh rate of your monitor (example 230 fps on a 144Hz monitor) that extra 86 fps is wasted since your monitor can only show 144 frames per second, those frames are however rendered on your graphics card possibly raising the temperature more than needed. It is actually quite sad that something like this isn't done on the base operating system level (you set your monitor to refresh rate X your fps does not go higher than that would save some power usage / temps / etc.) * I'm not affiliated with Rivatuner / Guru3D but do know this program can be used to create a profile / global limit for FPS that actually works if for whatever reason your graphics card control panel does not work for this.
  7. It's actually half fixed but I don't think the things I mentioned might not have been reported as bug on the support panel so I did report that. I do think that this is however not seen as critical bug and would much rather see the axe bugs (hitting stationary objects and some mobs like hydra heads / events mobs with axe/dagger 3 without miss) on thieves fixed rather than this. Still more or less the standard reply with as extra a report from a support with thanks for reporting this and request to report it ingame to send more info if something similar is found again.

What I think is happening here is that the Bjora Marches Svanir enemies are counted as: "Viligance Enemies" (Daily Aberrant Hunter, Daily Fallen Hunter, Daily Sons of Svanir Hunter) and for some reason don't count as normal Svanir. I don't know if this is intended or not but I don't think enemies can count as 2 types at once. Maybe @Rubi Bayer.8493 can shed some light on this or forward it to the responsible team (if fixable).
  9. Some of the info is mentioned on the wiki though: Elegant Weaponsmith's Backpack - Guild Wars 2 Wiki (GW2W) From the notes: Because this item is level 78, it can't hold level 80 item upgrades. Aka the item level is 78 so it can 't hold upgrades higher than 78 (which means the highest level of upgrade for this item is level 65 as far as I can see, Embellished Brilliant Jewels). It is probably not feasible to create such a list as before level 80 (read some expansion area's looking at you HoT / raid / fractals) those upgrades are not really required even though they might make life easier. In other notes once you craft the backpack it should not have stats so if you than select "Customize" on the backpack it should show a list of all the options (which you can only set once). Further if you are in the equipment window (if no upgrades have been applied to the item) it should only show the upgrade items available for the item (or at least I hope so) on the left side of the window though I never really tested this because of well Ascended Back Pieces and only having infusions in them for myself. Hope this answers some of the questions you have.

This might actually be patched (but is still annoying) during the last part Peitha was also fighting (some) kryptis in the red zone but after finishing the fight Peitha did walk down to talk together with the general. But than again I was able to keep most mobs out of that red zone up the stairs and the rest I could just kill by sending in my mech to pick of the Kryptis one by one. It is ridiculous that the area is not more open though at least the area up the stairs should be open to fight is well (the palace of the general or whatever) for people without pets or ranged skills.

Thanks for that info @Parasite.5389 I might have not noticed cause I usually keep attention on how much Acclaim I have and lower it below the max amount I can get but that's usually for the weeklies I pay attention to it. I never noticed it going over before (or at least getting an error message of having too much acclaim already or a disconnect message).
  12. So as title I didn't pay attention to how much I had when I did the dailies today (as I had quite close to 1300) and ended up with 1315/1300 acclaim when opening the treasure box. Usually this would have given some kind of weird disconnect message or whatever. Image: https://imgur.com/kkUvG96 Afterwards I was able to just buy things with the acclaim so it's not really broken but merely a visual bug I guess but really I don't think it should go higher than the max amount it says.
  13. Would I like them to? Probably for ease but I don't think ANet meant for Hero Points to actually count as events. For example in POF this works in Crystal Oasis and Desert Highlands (only for the repeatable fight hero points) but doesn't in Elon Riverlands, Desolation and Domain of Vabbi. On the other hand the one in Arborstone does and I think most in EoD do so I don't exactly know what the plan of ANet is on this. As a resolution I think it's like either make all of them count as events (fight hero points) or non of them the way it's now is just weird.
  14. @Rubi Bayer.8493 This is still a thing though it has changed now from only being applicable to Skyscale with the problem being the flight meter for this. In this case it does not even matter if you have "Raising Spirits" or not the problem is that in LS3 and HoT maps if you have "Ley-Line Acclimation" unlocked the flight meter drains in these maps when trying to ride a Ley-Line on the Skyscale. This does not happen in the Secrets of the Obscure maps so as far as I know and should not happen in these maps either. Aka what should happen is if use Ley-Line on mount do not drain flight meter (I actually don't know why there is a difference in the Obscure maps & LS3 / HOT maps unless a difference instance of the entity Ley-Line is used in both these maps 🤔). Okay did a bit of further testing: Ember Bay (LS3) > problem exists Tangled Depth's (HOT) > problem exists Dragonfall (LS4) > problem exists Drizzlewood Coast (Icebrood Saga) > problem exists Skywatch Archipaelo + Amnytas + Inner Nayos (SotO) > While on Leyline on Skyscale the flight meter stays full (blue) and if decreased a little bit even refills to max I guess the conclusion is that Leylines in any non SotO map decrease the flight meter on Skyscale.

The problem with this is previously you could just select and unselect one of the achievements in Wizards's Vault to get the list back that doesn't work anymore (after some update) though after that update the daily list doesn't always disappear. My assumption is that it disappears now if it contains objectives you've earlier completed that week. Anyhows to fix the problem go to your hero panel > Achievements > select an (non-daily) Achievement and click (/check) the eye and than uncheck the eye the daily list will appear again... until it disappears again. It seems ANet unfortunately has some problems (or different priorities) with fully fixing this aka making it appear always if you have nothing followed like before (when we still had the daily chests and other dailies).
