I know I can open my own private 50-man squad, but I'm not really interested in that. I have 3 good friends that I play with regularly, and we'd like to play Convergences together. But when we party/squad up, and join the public Convergence, we always get put into different instances. And doing the "join in Convergences" right-click isn't a sure thing - sometimes we end up in different full instances. Is there a trick to getting into these with my friends?

Confirmed it's still happening after today's patch. Just tried it at about 9:00am Pacific, and no T2 credit in NKC.

Today's game update notes include "Kryptis essence in Convergences will no longer disappear after falling into water" -- hooray!! Thank you for the fix, devs!!!

My RNG is worse than others here, it seems. Sorrow seems to always end up near the water when I have fought it.

Why do you find it funny? We should only win if we try to win. That means doing good dps, healing Zojja, killing siege, and staying alive. If we don't even try to do that, we deserve to fail. I thought this was a widely shared sentiment? Why do you frame it like I'm asking for a "win" button?? That makes no sense.

I am not asking that failure be removed as a possibility. That is an absurd thing to claim. I am asking that the essence mechanic work as it should, and that essences get fixed so they ACTUALLY spawn when they land in water, so that players can gather them and heal Zojja and participate in the mechanic as designed. "You have to heal Zojja to win, but it's not possible to do so if the boss ends up near water, so you just get to watch her die 20 minutes into the Convergence" is not acceptable and you know it.

Convergences are only every 3 hours. Then we start it, and play for ~20 minutes, earning very few rewards. Then Sorrow spawns and all 50 of us realize we just wasted our time. It doesn't spawn essence in water. It runs to a watery place at 50%. That means Zojja will die no matter how hard we try. That's not acceptable at all. We should only fail a convergence if we don't try to win. But if Sorrow only drops 3 essence per player at 40% and 30% Zojja dies no matter what. Please respect my time more than this. Fix Sorrow immediately.

Sadly, I'm on Build 153978 and I don't see any new F1 key option when mounted on griffon or skyscale. I looked through the F11 options menu, and can't find anything there, either. No matter how many times I hit F1, I still glide on leylines. I think the feature may not have made it into the game yet! Edit: I guess my problem was that I was in Divinity's Reach and Bloodstone Fen, and not the new SotO maps. When I went to the Wizard's Tower, it appeared! And when I went back to Bloodstone Fen, it's still there.

Don't worry!! You'll get "significant progress" towards being able to buy/grind a legendary relic. In about six months. That's right, sometime around Spring 2024, you'll be able to re-buy the thing you already bought. But don't worry, they'll give you an undefined discount! They promise!

There's a trainer in the Seitung training ground that will show you. Put down a field, and do a leap/slam/whirl in it.

Now now now, it's not that bad! He can stand next to you while you salvage 10 items, and you can stand next to him while he breaks a defiance bar. That's entertainment!

So many people going to be doing this now. "And then the players will voluntarily exclude themselves from those game modes" was probably not on the top of the dev's expectation lists, lmao.

The TP prices for those relics will be through the roof, and you'll need to buy one for every equipment template slot on every character. And then for every time you want to try a new build. I crafted 7 legendary runes. I was supposed to be DONE with that nonsense.
