  1. This continues to be a problem and still frustrating that it still is occurring. When your "Map Population" drops below a value the map tells you that you have to transfer in 1 hour of the notice. If you do not change map it forces you at the end of that hour. 99.9% of the time it transfers you to a map that no one is doing anything but either farming HP's doing Bounties, they are not doing anything to progress the level of the meta or clearing anything to progress the meta of the map. It will also take you to maps such as Frostgorge Sound to a map that has not done Claw of Jormag so the vendor that was there on the previous map is not there on the new map. Just add a little line of code to look at the map progress as well as the map population, then the map with the greater progress you move those other players to that map. It is lame when you spend time leveling a map meta and it simply kicks you to a map that has done none For those trolling with confused emoji Map Closing < Broken > needs > Fixing > Should not move you to a map with less meta progress than current map it is closing.
  2. Lords health is a joke. By the time the swords appear and you can defend the lord is dead and the zerg has already moved on to the next keep. It is only a fight if there at 5 people killing the lord and only then do you have time to respond. Talk about moving that slider bar all the way down to zero.
  3. Any LFG will be abused, I joined a group the other day because they were looking for Alac Healer. We did the first strike, the leaders called out and kicked all the low DPS, 4 players. Then started the next strike, then they kicked the lower 2 DPS. Then we did all the rest of the strikes. I mean that kind of worked like an inspect system, they simply kicked the low DPS until they got what they considered a good group. DPS is always easy to find in LFG. I mean it was impressive, the fastest set of strikes I have been in. A bit abusive to the DPS, I mean the first two strikes did succeed and way before the enrage timer.
  4. Have you tried to change the Color Settings using the Color Filters provided within Windows on Ease of Access? It allows you to change your computer to your specific color blindness settings affecting all programs, may help Inverted (reverse colors on the display) Grayscale Grayscale Inverted Red-Green( green weak, deuteranopia) Red-Green (red weak, protanopia) Blue-Yellow (tritanopia) You can also set it up so it is linked to a quick access to toggle it on and off based on need Windows Key + Ctrl + C
  5. Yeah I talked to another teammate in WvW and they said the same thing as you. I was on an engineering build, full durability holosmith build. They said it was most likely a double shot, first shot hit me for10k to dismount, and second shot can hit for over 20K, which was at my max health on that engineering build which would have appeared as instant down. They knew exactly what was needed to do that kind of damage on a warrior with a rifle and runes/sigils. They said the same thing you said though. Crazy amount of damage though
  6. I was just one shot by a warrior using a rife in WvW while I was on my warclaw.. They just put someone in a down state and I was running by, I was going to attack, but I was one shot and instantly killed. How is that a thing?
  7. Since the game has added support roles it has not updated rewards based on that support. WvW and PvE if you run a support role to help with the group. Currently the reward system is based on how much damage you do and your reward is reflected based on that overall damage. It was said during one of the live streams that this needed to be updated, but does appear this reward system has not been addressed. Give it a test, run a support role and watch your rewards reduced on your drops. You will receive less participation as well as less rewards in your drops. I am just curious with all these balance patches and adjustments to roles where others can help support the group are they going to be continued to be punished for not running a pure damage build? Or is the reward system going to be updated to where their support is included in the same way as damage reflected the amount of support they provide.
  8. Are there plans to add these to stat selectable gear if you own the EoD expansion? Currently they are only available for a single ring per account per EoD specialization unlock that has successfully completed Herald Strike Missions on that specific character. OR WvW vendor with Skirmish Tickets and Jade Hero Proofs. OR You have all legendary trinkets This counters the original notes about if you owned the expansion, the stats would be available to you on stat selectable gear. Kind of a shame that you craft stat selectable gear in Fractals or purchase Ascended gear which is stat selectable and you cannot pick the new stats, but at least gear you can change the stats in the forge, but this cannot be done with Trinkets / Backpieces / Amulets. It feels extremely limited, more so that all previous expansions. Almost to the point it feels broken
  9. Is this just a reward track in WvW tracks? I looked through the achievements for WvW but could not find anything to track on my achievement watch panel. Would really like to unlock those weapons
  10. The Pip rewards need to be fixed before the next Beta week. I keep getting removed from t1 WvW server only to be placed on a server people run from fights or zergs have zero tactics and get cleared out by every encounter. I mean seriously who thinks taking on a garrison with 15 people with 40+ person zerg inside and places down a ram at gate is a good idea. The pip rewards being connected to other players not playing or gearing for WvW is frustrating. I would recommend either fix the Pip system so it does not rely on WvW team score or change Raid rewards based on how all the other raids succeeded or fail. Oh yeah change PvP rewards based on other teams win lose record combined with your teams win lose record.
  11. Could you happen to share what settings you changed? I know of a few guild member that are having similar issues with large events such as bounty runs or map events such as Scarlets events. Unfortunately they struggle with getting achievements because they will crash and not get back into game until the event ends to get credit for the event.
  12. Since WvW rewards for outnumber have been change getting Skirmish tickets is a much slower process for newer players. Granted the higher your level the more Skirmish tickets you get, but for those players that have been playing longer than newer players to WvW had an advantage over newer players due to how outnumbered used to work. Yes Skirmish Tickets are locked behind playing WvW but gaining pips and levels is much slower for newer players. The change to XP per kill has changed the mechanics in WvW, so now you are more likely to encounter people farming bags and XP instead of the larger rewards that come from keep and tower captures. Something has to change to make it equally fare for the newer player on earning XP to get to those higher chest to gain those larger drops of Skirmish tickets. I do not feel the cap should be raise on Skirmish Tickets because even in raids there is a cap on what you can earn in a week, but earning them should be equal to the newer player as it was for veteran players in WvW. GW2 Wiki Prior to the November 9, 2021 game update, while this effect was active, the player would gain 5 extra pips towards their Skirmish reward track progress per tick.
  13. Has anyone noticed their pets not attacking? I have been using the new EoD pets and noticed them simply following my character as if set to peaceful, but they are not. It typically happens when I dismount while going straight into combat or I switch pets during combat. It almost happens every time when I use the griffin dismount skill to get the protection buff. I have to spam the F1 skill to break them out of it.
  14. This bug is so frustrating. If the group wipes in the last water phase on the final boss on first pull it will bug. Works like a charm to create the bug every time. Real simple one to reproduce, so it should be simple to fix. Works on any level. Works every time!   16. I do not have Legendary Armor, so my feedback is, Neat. I do have a question/statement.Is there going to be a way to make Legendary Armor outside of Raiding or WvW or PvP? I say Raid instead of PvE because to get Legendary Armor in WvW and PvP you simply have to play WvW or PvP no specific build required. Raid requires very specific builds to kill a boss due to boss timer, which acts as a DPS check, in a game where using third-party software is not allowed to check your DPS. But hey we have more build templates, neat.
  17. Solid input all around. My one hang up is the older recipes not reflecting the new game mechanics. I would like to see those updated possibly, but if that is not in the deck that Guild Wars 2 has in store I can leave it at that. I do like that if you craft one of the original Legendary Weapons from a precursor that was a drop and not crafted you get a bonus weapon or skin. I have seen people get Wings Of Dwayna crafting the Dreamer as well as seeing people get the Lyssa pistol skin for crafting Chaos pistol.

  19. I get your point. It is an "idea" of giving players a choice. The "idea" at the start of Guild Wars 2 was the unidentified dyes was away a new player make gold. Until GW2 changed that "idea" and made it account bound instead soul bound. There was also an "idea" about learning recipes per character if you wanted to craft. I also like the "idea" of either changing the old recipes so they do not require Mystic Coins. I also like the "idea" of giving people a choice to be able to get Mystic Coins as a reward Daily chests again and not cap the Achievement points one can earn in a day. There are good "ideas" and bad "ideas". I get there is an economy in the game and the devs see things that I do not. The only feedback I get is from guildies and friends in the game working on legendary weapons or armor. I also watch friends burn out running raids in order to get enough mattes to get the legendary armor. I also have friends that do not agree with me because they like making gold off the mystic coins. I see both sides. I just feel a lot of content and rewards that used to be obtainable to all players all levels shift to only the end game. My concern is for those new players and seeing the struggles that have that I did not at their level, because there were other things in the game that could be done to obtain those same rewards, Mystic Coins being one of those items. I am concerned that people are spending real money in order to get to endgame content because they don't want to grind the content, which is a pay to win perspective.
  20. So, new players, you get to choose. Sell your Mystic Coins and make 23 gold over a month Or you can save them make no gold and in a little, over a year you might have just enough to make a single legendary weapon.

  22. People play the markets and that is the "Norm" for them. Mystic Coins should be something you earn in game and not something given to you for just logging in.
  23. Thanks for the tip, but knew this one. When the new mount came out these event maps were packed. Now with most people with the mount, those maps are starting to die down again. 7:30 pm est and 10:30 pm est are my best chances, but I miss the 7:30 pm est map because the map fills up around 7:10 pm est and the overflow map does not typically have enough people before it fails. The 10:30 pm est problem, are the trolls, joining on the people that are advertising to pull people into the map not helping with the event and causing it to fail. The Three-hour window also means 10:30 pm est spawn in Iron Marches is usually the only chance.
