  1. Yes, but I bet a wooden nickel that you are a young whippersnapper with young whippersnapper reflexes :) I'm beyond my twenties now with a full time job and a home to look after. It's easy to get, it's just a game. Like i said, couple hours of play. Hell, I'll run you through it with you if you want.
  2. Entitled player is entitled. At best, bloody childish. It's not even hard, follow a youtube video. I got my Griffon in a couple of hours of play.
  3. having backpack take priory over shield or to hide it would be awesome.
  4. The only way you'd seen them, is when inspecting (hover over) unless you're what we call a "clicker", meaning, you click the abilities with your mouse. Try to learn to use the hot keys, i.e. 12345 etc, or bind them to something else? Is that the issue you're having? If so, you'll find learning to use the keyboard much easier and faster in a fight. If that isn't what you're referring too, I'm sorry I cannot help.
  5. LFR was a good idea, it helped in WoW to bring a bunch of new raiders into the scene who otherwise, wouldn't. By joining public groups automatically to learn the raids etc and progress through. Once they're good enough they can apply to to "proper" raids with raiding guilds etc.
  6. This. PLEASE give us more options to reduce this, the effects are way, way to intense. When this happens, I find myself placing AOE spells on the floor, in the wrong place, because the bad guy has moved and I'm just auto attacking until I see the red hit boxes haha
  7. I too have that bug. The same guy shouting about his shinies.
  8. I've never had guildwars crash on me, but during the southern meta, when it's almost done, my game client crashes and closes. I come back and, no loot. Anybody else had this issue? I've no idea how to fix it. I sent the crash reports.
  9. Doing south event... Client crashed... Went back in about 20 seconds later. Finished. FAIL>
  10. Any of you played WOW? Because this is one of the things that killed our community over there... And why we play GW2 now... I've just realised... We're ruining this too. DAMNIT.
  11. Allowing DPS meters etc is exactly what killed the Warcraft community and created a toxic numbers game. Guild Wars, don't go down that path! I used to guild raid on WOW a lot and put out good numbers, so was ok, but understood some players contributed in other ways and it wasn't all about the DPS chart, unfortunately, some players didn't and used to vote kick people constantly. It ruins the game. I like that guild wars doesn't allow you to inspect other players gear, thats a good start! Too many people focus on that bollocks rather than playing a GAME. A GAME. People always forget it's a GAME.
