Esorono.1039 Posted October 21, 2021 Share Posted October 21, 2021 After looking at the trailer again a few times, it seems like the other person is another thief, so it seems to be coming from the Spectre. It is also dropped as the tethering starts, so I believe it is an AoE utility spell, you have to stay within the radius to get the buffs, making it essentially a well.
