Gotejjeken.1267
Whenever you put a break between paragraphs the forums adds an extra break, causing large space between. This seems to be a new bug as I've only been seeing it recently, and each time I have to edit my posts to remove that extra space which is getting annoying (to put it mildly). Is this something that is possible to address via a forum setting, or do we have to wait for an update from the backend? As of now, the only fix I've found is just to make run-on paragraphs (one line break, not two) and the forums will fill in the breaks making the message look normal.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
Been discussed when it first happened; no response, no change. 🤷♂️ If these forums are anything like Vanilla, it will take some time.
Twilight Tempest.7584
If and when it does get fixed, will all our posts that withhold the extra break become compressed text walls? The extra break seems to have affected older posts retroactively, so I imagine the answer is yes. 😟
TheQuickFox.3826
Keep it simple, stupid.↵ Return should go to the next line.↵ ↵ Double return for a new paragraph.
Fueki.4753
I'd surprised if Arenanet fixes this issue anytime soon. I don't think they have even commented that they are aware of the issue yet.
