Grand Marshal.4098
How does siphon and stolen abilities interact with Deadly Arts and Improvisation?
Jugglemonkey.8741
There's no stolen abilities on the stream, so that side of improv will probably do nothing. The recharging utility skills may or may not work, not sure. Pretty sure the spec will get more value out of potent poison and the other poison related traits tho, so it may be a non issue. RyuDragnier.9476
Siphon probably is still considered Steal for all intents and purposes in relation to traits, so I expect it will be effected by everything that you'd get upon using Steal with the traits. Grand Marshal.4098
So what's the replacement for stolen skills in Specter? Maybe affecting Shroud (since it occupies the stolen skill slot?). For example Improvisation decreases the CD to enter Shadow Shroud.
Xukavi.4320
Siphon was triggering bountiful theft in the stream if I recall correctly which would mean it is being treated as steal. Maybe imptov just gives you two charges of Siphon instead?
Vidit.7108
Traits that affect stolen skills probably interact with the shadow shroud skills in some way.
