Alchimist.4738 Posted September 19, 2017 Share Posted September 19, 2017 In raids/fractals you can use to blast finish, before a fight for might or during a fight for heal, otherwise you might want to use it during your rotation if your most powerful skills are in cooldown, but it’s certainly not something to prioritize.
