This is not what I was talking about. That vendor only exchange soulbound version for account bound version.

I have Consortium Harvesting Sickle and Chop-It-All Logging Axe. There is currently no way to exchange these for a version with a glyph, despite every new gathering tool have one...

There may be inequality.  It depends on if materials are required to make the pve amulet.  Otherwise the pvp amulet is about 1.5k worth of mats more expensive.

I understand what you mean, when I went for my trancendance I thought that to get a legendary amulet a player must put in some effort and learn pvp, making this item a little more rare, now anet is giving one away for completing a list of achievements that requires very little effort or player development, kinda disappointing as with Leg Armory 2 leg amulets are useless.

 

Here's another way to look at it, the players that without trancencance get a legendary amulet the players with Trancendance get nothing.
