Please shave off some CD time from Signet of Humility for PvE.

Some of the elites from Vanilla GW2 still has ridiculous CD time, including this. Please shave off some CD time, maybe down to 90s for PvE.

yep
no reason for it to be 180s cd other the making it unusable.
they could even slightly reduce breakbar damage to 500.
3min cd just feels super bad to use

Should be 60 sec cd considering the passive is totally worthless in PvE.

Oh a mesmer buff suggestion that isn't crazy OP.

Let's take a look at the implications:

Gravity well is 90s PVE cooldown with 550 breakbar damage ; in PVE it doesn't have a 0.01 damage coefficient.

Signet of Humility has 120  PVE cooldown and no damage , 600 defiance bar damage as well but zero AOE. If you run signet of paralyzation at a cost of your DPS you get +30% stun duration for 780 defiance bar damage. Blurred Inscriptions trait no longer has the 20% cooldown reduction on signets as of 2018.

Therefore I think this suggestion of PVE cooldown reduction to 90s is worthwhile. Kudos.
