Years if they keep "balancing" at the current rate. I have 0 hope for the upcoming balance changes in august, to have anything good for core/spb. And do they even know how to fix spb? Just number tweaking wont do it. You'd have to fix mobility skills to also connect, address the fact that any disruption (blind/weakness/chill/protection/superspeed/traited dmg mitigation/etc.) shuts your damage down.
