Sorry for being new here, but Snowcrows benchmarks being someone quasi meta for most things PVE . Why are there no Power Necro builds? Are they just that underwhelming?

Yes, use hardstuck if you want to see everything. If is for open world then is whatever.

Here's the build. What you generally want You might be wondering why 2 skills are blank and I'll explain. Those skills are mostly preference. The preference I'd suggest is going with Blood fiend for the heal and Shadowfiend for the utility slot unless you have a specific need like for the party. Shadowfiend can be replaced with signet of undeath or spectral grasp which you use inside the boss's hitbox that spawns enemies because of its massive CC damage. You could also take Signet of spite, but do note that all signets will only be 50% effective. If you need more boon strip, a 3rd well is an option since well of corruption used to be taken on the reaper's utility bar.
The rotation generally is you open up with wells and enter shroud for 10 seconds, spin to win and auto attack 7 times. You SHOULD have enough time to do all of this before dropping out of shroud for about 10 seconds. Do your greatsword skills such as death spiral and gravedigger and probably nightfall(Its been a long while since I did the build properly.) Swap to your staff and use all 4 of your marks and immediately enter reaper's shroud afterward. Use your wells off cooldown. During this rotation you absolutely NEVER want to be stuck auto attacking on the staff. If you are auto attacking make sure that its on your greatsword. Generally the most important part of the rotation is being sure to keep Soul barbs active at all times. If you can do that the damage should be at least decent. Even once you get to below 50% against the boss you don't just want to only spam gravedigger. You'll get more damage by doing your reaper's shroud rotation and spamming gravedigger instead of doing your auto attack with the greatsword. As long as you have enough life force you don't need to swap to staff, but you can for a bit of a damage boost before entering shroud again.
The utility of the build is mostly that it has some means to reduce damage and keep itself close to the target. Reaper shines most in melee fights and with allies which apply barrier. If you see damage coming at you or have passive damage you should activate infusing terror but not activate the fear unless you need to CC. It reduces damage by 20% which will be helpful to maintain a healthy level of life force. Reaper has exceptionally good CC damage due to its ability to permanently maintain chill along with its high blind uptime and cripple. Passively it does a lot of CC damage but they can improve that further by activating your flesh golem's charge, Using reaper's mark, grasping darkness, executioner's scythe and activating infusing terror for terrify.
Reaper doesn't have great DPS, but its serviceable and you should do fine as long as you time your Soul Barbs correctly which isn't too difficult to do.
