Defense field (scrapper bullwark toolbelt skill) fully broken underwater [Merged]

So with new Defense Field (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Defense_Field) being "ground-targeted" it's now fully broken under water. In most cases you can't target anything because you're "too high up" in the water anyways (hello, underwater fractal), and even if you are near "ground" (as in all the way down at the bottom of the lake) you still can't deploy it at all. It will show green "OK to deploy here" indicator but simply won't do anything. 

Deploying shore-side works just fine.

You think they care when the entire mechanist traitline doesn't work underwater and all you get is a single underwater weak grenade barrage?

There's a very easy fix for this , it can instantly drop the bubble where you are. Guardians' trident has a similar effect on Refraction.

I wish it was a weak grenade barrage. Then it would at least more reliably hit stuff.

It is currently an extremely weak meteor shower. You have to pray that the randomly placed barrage actually hits stuff.
