The moment there is just a smidge of Poison on yourself you are at a omegalul disavantage, because you have 0 clear at the base utility and trying to maximize Empowering Misery based on player input in anyway Vs condi builds is literally impossible and completely random since all and any condition builds run Poison/Sigil of Doom. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
