Give Dragonscale Defense an 8 sec Cooldown (PvP)

Having Protection on every dragon trigger is not going to break it, and it feels bad being semi random. Rework Immortal dragon while you're at it. This trait is even more useless now that we already get prot.

Agreed. There's no reason to be stingy now that it's no longer giving stab.

 

Personally, I still think Dragonscale should give resistance. That way, it doesn't step on immortal dragon's toes; it also gives some baseline blind immunity so unyielding dragon doesn't feel so mandatory.

Immortal Dragon could just pulse healing while consuming Flow, and then grant boons like protection and resolution when DS hits.

Bonus points if the pulsed healing and boons are in an AoE.

Immortal dragon could also be applied to explosions rather than just DS, which would drastically increase the frequency of healing, and give a decent bit more sustain. Though, tbh, I don’t see it out competing unyielding with just that.

I would honestly rather dragonscale give resistance or aegis, and triggerguard give short stability and adjust the cooldown from there if they were wanting to limit stability access to bladesworn kit.
