Extra 2 New Character Bag Slots not avaliable/showing? [Merged]

The 2 new bag expansion slots that where added in the update today will not show/unlock for me (i have 10 slots and 2 extra bag expansions), when i use them the notice "You have the maximum number of bag slots." appears.

I dunno if the update is just not out yet, but bag slot expansion doesn't allow you to go to 12 slots. I'm also trying to do this using a expansion consumable I've had for a while.

Can confirm. It is either a bug or a preview to 29th update. News makes it sound like today and if it is supposed to be today, it is definitely a bug

Same bug. Bought the item from the gem store. Got no icon to expand at the column of bags either.

I have some saved up bag slots in my bank but as I don't see a locked tab showing up below my 9 bags (plus starter backpack) I'm not brave enough to test the consumables.  Others in the thread say those don't work anyway.

There was a bug with the release so the bag slot increase did not go in as expected. The increase will be live with the Dec 13th patch.
