Hair with hats!

If the people who make the hats cannot figure how a character can wear hats and still have hair, then please in total makeover add new hairstyles that come with hats that cannot be removed. I have a lot of hats but use none of them because I do not want my female toons bald just to wear a hat. Or better yet sell hats in Gem store that come with hair.

Make a default hairstyle with each hat, like the Swaggering hat one. Doesn’t matter if you don’t like the hairstyle — any hairstyle is preferrable to bald female.

They did this with a few hats, but then they dropped the practice, probably because the ability to dye your hair freely and with any color while wearing a hat cut into their makeover kit sales.

I am unconvinced of this, as the two hat that I am aware can do this are purchased from the Gemstore.
