For most urn is fine, but the support part lacks something unique.

=> the urn should enchance ressing actively when the upkeep skill is on by 50% and another stacking 3%/ally in 240 radius (5 target cap).

 

 

 

 

bug fixing: 

 

• mesmer 15 sec skill cancel trait on urn. whenever hit by it accidently when trying to denotate, you get stuck in upkeep. I tested and you can max get as low as 1%energy while on. bc of this u can do noting untill u switch other legend.

=> fix depleting energy to 0 and not stuck at 1% !!!

If it is about PvE most people will not run support vindicator. It is more or less relegated to WvW.

If you really want it to be a strong support then the heal scaling needs to increase, 0.22 is kind of lame especially when it comes at the cost of you not able to heal yourself.

increasing healing coefficients only won't do much, since heal vindicator already has highest heal output and still not used, so why would you make it higher???

 

buffing/nerfing coefficients is fine when mechanic wise stuff is on point, but it isn't, so don't look at coefficients yet

You didn't specify game mode so I assume you are complaining about PvE? You didn't answer the question, since in WvW heal vindicator is pretty common.

In PvE you would not run it because it doesn't provide quickness or alacrity. There is very little demand for a non quick/alac heal due to the way stats work and role compression.

While heal vindi is used in wvw they don't use urn during fight

Urn only has use for solotanking zergs. With it, dwarf elite and some salvation+retribution traits, you can rotate 70%+ damage reduction.

 

Its pretty useless at the moment tho but might allow your server to win every ranged battle if coordinated. Mesmer commanders rejoice, you can pirateship forever and win everytime 🤭
