Legendary Weapon Footfalls/Auras as Infusions

Any chance to get the fancy footfall effects (and perhaps some aura-ish things, would need to go through all such cosmetic effects to see what makes sense) as either account-bound infusions or a footwear toggle of some sort when a legendary is unlocked?

Too often I've got a theme for a character that doesn't really fit with any particular legendary weapon in terms of wielding/stowing, but there are footfalls I have that would work great.

We need effects toggles for legendaries. 

I would love to remove the bifrost projectile effect as on Ele the normal skills looks better 😁

I'd love to use Astralaria footfalls with Sunrise, instead of the pale blue bird poo.

The footfalls are part of the appeal and reward for having the legendary. Maybe allowing people to have the footfalls if they change the skin of their legendary but other than that no.

I'd love it if I could get legendary weapon effects on skins I actually enjoy.  The predator projectile on Scarlet's kiss would be grand, in all honesty.
