It's not that they aren't there, really.
It's that they're more concerned with verbal abuse, technicalities, and literally anything else besides PvP.

Tbh wouldn't be surprised if your post got taken down for all caps. That's the kind of pressing issue that really matters here and takes priority over all else.

Same with the name-shaming rule it's just arbitrary, red-tape nonsense that serves to distract from real issues that Anet doesn't even want to attempt to correct, like AFKing, like Match Manipulation.

Are they here? Are they watching? Absolutely, 100%. It's just that they're priorities are very organizized.
