[IDEA] Pistols Rework

MAIN-HAND PISTOL

#1 Skill: Fragmentation Shot

  • Aftercast delay bug fixed.
  • Now has "Explosion" tag.
  • Now applies Bleeding on all affected targets.

Comment: This will make weapon work better with Explosives traitline, especially with Shrapnel.

#2 Skill: Poison Dart Volley

  • Each shot is 100% projectile finisher.
  • Now also applies Weakness.

Comment: This will add some utility and synergy with combo-fields.

#3 Skill: Blowtorch (replaces Static Shot)

  • Now has 900 range.
  • Now properly affects all targets on its path (bugfix)
  • Now always do maximum damage and applies maximum Burning regardless of range.
  • Now has Blast Finisher Tag.

Comment: Main-hand pistol is fully focused on condi-damage, so this skill fits it more than off-hand pistol. This change will also open and opportunity to make Off-hand pistol more flexible.

OFF-HAND PISTOL

#4 Skill: Static Shot

  • Now has low base damage, but scales very well with Power.
  • Now can bounce to Engineer, granting Swiftness. Still prioritize enemies.
  • Now also creates a small mobile Lighting combo-field around Engineer for several seconds.

Comment: this skill will make Off-hand pistol a good choice for both Condi- and Power-based build. Blindness in universally useful, condi-build will benefit from Confusion stacks, while power-builds will benefit from raw damage. Lighting combo-field will make this weapon work well with all main-hand weapons: main-hand pistol now has more Projectile Finishers and also a Blast Finisher, while both Mace and Sword have Leap Finisher.

#5 Skill: Glue Shot

  • Now also pulses Slow condition.

Comment: now this skill is somewhat useful.

Note: none of these changes requires any new animations.

Decent changes but thanks for kittening up many years of muscle memory I guess.

I still cant use the warrior rifle properly after they flipped that ☹️

I absolutely understand that. However, I think relearning something is not as huge problem as Engineer's lack of power off-hand weapons.
These changes don't require a lot to implement and can be done within a balance patch, which is very important, considering that the next new weapon will be shortbow, which will not solve our problem with lack of weapon options. Muscle memory habits are understandable, but they shouldn't get in the way of improvement.
