What's the fate of the legendary armorer achievement with new set?

Title, basically. Will the new pve set count towards it, or will only envoy contribute?

 

Also I think pvp and wvw players get shafted with the armor not changing appearance at all when upgraded. Competitive legendary armor is literally the only legendary that doesn't do this. Imo there should only be 1 legendary armor from each Competitive type and if you upgraded normal precursors it should transform to mistforged. The advantage of the mistforged ascended armor from the is that if you already have a legendary armor for that slot you can buy it for the skin and it's cheaper than making the legendary.

It will most likely come with its own achivement

The achievement is purely towards Envoy Armor.

The title associated with it is "Envoy's Herald" 
I think time for new achievement for the Open World PvE armor and ad one for PvP and one for WvW as well.
