So what? If you include future patches then we also have to include season 3 and raids for HoT and then SotO loses once again (actually it probably does even without that). HoT also introduced elite specs while SotO scaled them back to just new weapons.

Many seem to forget that other gamemodes exist too, when's the PvP and WvW content coming? Because HoT added new content for both at launch day.

Anet literally calls these mini expansions but I guess you missed that. They will continue scaling but while charging more as we head into maintenance mode.
