I am still running it on a few of my more CC heavy builds, with cover condis and in teamfights it can be useful as long as it isn't getting instant cleansed. Not like there are better ones to take in say WvW anyway, outside of speed--a few of the new ones are fun for more bunker but I don't find that particularly engaging.
