It only recharges the burst if the enemy is under 50% health. in wvw and pvp maybe be a good as a quick dispatching a enemy when they are low... however in pve it will be a dead trait.

Tried it on a Condi Zerker. If you're lucky you could proc 3 primal bursts in a continuous manner with blood reckoning and heightened focus. Imagine DPS going through the roof with that.

The trait is not usable if you don't have at least 2 easy sources of adrenal gain.

It is fun and the only trait a potential support warrior can use, but it is very rng to know when your attacks will trigger it amongst many targets and when it does recharge, you may not have the adrenaline to make use of it.

I recommend you remove the quickness and give it a flat 20 adrenaline so the recharge can be put to use immediately. Would also compete with Burst Mastery and Axe Mastery for power builds and bring some good adrenaline to the table without forcing us to pick traits/utilities for adrenaline.
