I noticed this on humans of Tyria

Hello everyone i was in Divinity's Reach looking around the big capital when i saw a fellow human with a different hairstyle, i was almost sure that i didn't see that one when creating my character so i wanted to be sure, indeed such hairstyle isn't there.

Are there unique hairstyles in the game? How can we get them?

There are hairstyles which are not available on character creation and require a Hair Style Kit to access.

There might be hairstyles which are exclusive to NPCs.

Total makeover kit works as well.

This is also not limited to just hair styles or humans. There are exclusive colours for hair and eyes, as well as exclusive faces too. The hair styles and colours can be selected with a hair style kit, the eyes and faces require a total makeover kit.

When you use one of these kits the exclusive options not normally available on character creation are marked with a star.
