  1. Well if all they need is an extra set of paws, I'll gladly send over that bear who sits on my raptor in the homestead. It's not like he's doing anything else useful. We waymanders have dragons to kill, immortals, demons and titans to put down and cataclysms to clean up. Ain't nobody got the time or inclination to go clean the litterbox. 🙄
  2. Exaggeration aside, this particular...activity...does come across as rather insulting. Yes it's optional, and yes mechanically it's identical to every other fetch & carry task in the game, but the fact that it exists at all in its current presentation is problematic. They seriously couldn't think of literally any other task?
  3. My characters seem to draw their weapons after almost any random generic interaction almost all the time now. Talk to an NPC? Draw weapon. Open a box? Draw weapon. Gather from a resource node? Draw weapon. Dismount? Draw weapon. It's not happening on only those actions and not every time, but it's frequent enough to be annoying. This behavior only started with the introduction of JW's spears, and I think it's maybe something related to the awkward "drawn/wielded" stance for the land spear. Something is triggering this state far more often than it should. I considered putting it in the Bugs forum but it's an edge case so it went here instead. Can this be checked/fixed, please? Brandishing weapons all the time for absolutely no reason is unnecessary, and it didn't used to happen at all.
  4. I think that Sam might be the poster child for this: stupidly rare & expensive for its own sake, but otherwise mostly useless.
  5. Very much this. I'd love to see what already exists getting fixed before anything new gets tacked on. Regardless of your favorite class, I bet you can bring to mind several traits that you not only don't ever use, but wouldn't ever even consider using. Those are the ones that need work.
  6. Making things stupidly expensive for their own sake is unnecessary, but I'm pretty sure these items fit the "something truly rare" bill. How many of these do you realistically see being carried around?
  7. 😢 So he won't be sending me that hot single alien he promised? Man, you can't trust anyone these days...
  8. This really smells like a preference for fashion over function. If tagging is important and the rifle isn't doing it for you, swap weapons. Don't try to make it do what it doesn't do.
  9. If you've been playing that long, then you know the only prerequisite to being a commander is having enough game gold to buy the tag. Any random jerk can tag up, basically. You seriously haven't encountered that before?
  10. I assume this was Triple Trouble? That's the only one I can think of where people get way more uptight about it than they need to. Still no reason to treat an Open World event like it's a private instance.
  11. I would also add that if their event was going to fail because of a single under-leveled toon, they suck anyway and deserve to fail. 🤣
  12. As already mentioned, the "ban" thing is 100% nonsense; players have ZERO ability to do any such thing. In PvE the worst any of them could have done was add you (or whoever) to their own personal block lists. I've been playing the game minding my own business and then suddenly get griped at for being in the "wrong" place at the "wrong" time, "interfering" with someone's whatever-they-were-doing-as-if-I-care. I've also had uppity commanderps try to tell me what I was and wasn't allowed to do. I told them all to go pound sand, because it's a basically public game. Any player has the right to be anywhere in the game at any time, and no other player has any business claiming otherwise. The "do you want to be that person" nonsense was them trying to guilt you into leaving because they knew there's no way they could force the issue. Block and ignore jerks like this, and carry on with whatever you were doing.
  13. +1 I would just add that to complete the custom ambiance, let us also have a "permanent" option for the M.O.X. musical selections. I'd rather hear those than always zone into that snoozy default guitar and fiddle.
  14. This seems like a pretty chill way to occasionally do some dungeons and fractals. I wouldn't mind an invite.
  15. I'm pretty sure that part of the mission is right before the first checkpoint. 🤬 Agreed, that really should be something any player in the party can do. Especially if the instance owner is downed or defeated.
