Too many CC skills in the game.

This is the simple truth. If anet wants to maintain the amount of Breakbar damage that players can do in PvE they have already demonstrated their ability to adjust the breakbar damage on specific cc skills (see Headshot). I think AT MINIMUM, there should be no more than 1 CC skill per weapon set and 1 CC skill per unique mechanic AND any utility skills that CC should come with massive tradeoffs/CDs/duration reductions. Additionally, all CC skills should have higher CDs.
