Not all Black Lion Weapon Specialists offer this option. In Lion's Arch, only the Black Lion Weapons Specialist inside Black Lion Trading HQ in Trader's Forum can exchange the soulbound version. Parasite.5389 Posted February 25 Share Posted February 25 you could try some of the other weapon's specialists in other capital cities and see if they have it listed. if it still doesn't appear, i would recommend submitting an in-game bug report (clicking the support button from the ESC menu), and submitting a ticket to support from the website. The wiki says the one in Lion's Arch, went there, not listed. I don't have any invisible bags. It was user error - instead of the exchange happening with the exchange specialist, it was with the weapons specialist.
