Constant weakness & chill spam at ranged

I don't mind weakness/chill spam if we're comped up and have aoe cleanse uptime but as far as general disorganized WvW'ing goes (as it usually is, let's be real here) it's obnoxious and just encourages boonball domination. Can't fight back vs a boonball if everything I do is not a critical hit lol. It feels like I have weakness 50% of the time just because I'm hitting the enemy consistently; effectively I'm being punished by the game for doing what I'm supposed to do.

I already know 25% of the responses to this thread will just be "get a healer" etc ... you've missed the point entirely. Someone else can explain it to you, I don't have the time.

I agree, it is almost as bad as when we had to deal with ret.

It does feel kind of like dealing with retal, yeah, but actually it's worse. Retal screwed my damage by making me less than 90% health, weakness just cuts my damage by 75%.
