Can't login to the support website

I've tried this on Windows and macOS with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

When I go to the support site (https://help.guildwars2.com) and click the Sign In button at the top next to Submit A Ticket, it goes to a login page. Once I login, it redirects me to the https://account.arena.net/overview page. When you click "Support" at the top right, it goes back to the support page but you're not signed in. Click the Sign In button, shows the login page, then you're sent back to the account overview page. It's a never-ending loop of not being able to sign into the support site.

As indicated on the main page and the 'Submit a Ticket' page, 'Trouble Logging In' will direct you to send an email to 'support@arena.net'.

i think you need to log in using the arenanet website, not the guild wars site, then it will work without the login loop. it's because of security measures in newer web browsers and the site being relatively old since it was designed over a decade ago, and there's not much to do about it.

 

to clarify: 1. do not go to guildwars2.com 2. go directly to account.arena.net. 3. log in. 4. submit a support ticket.

I had this exact problem. I was able to solve it by using disabling my ad blocker on the chrome browser. Foe some reason it was interfering. I never get it to work on Firefox.

I tried that. No help at all. They still don't allow me to be "logged in" and be at the "submit ticket" page.

Nope. Does not work either.

Since clearly it's not just a single person's issue, something is wrong with the site. And this is not a trivial issue that should be "we'll get to it when we get to it."

I'm also unable to login since I installed Windows 11 on a laptop (no problem with Windows 10 on another PC, using the same router). It says "an error occurred, try later".
