Kamagi.4256 Posted March 1 Share Posted March 1 I've tried this on Windows and macOS with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. When I go to the support site (https://help.guildwars2.com) and click the Sign In button at the top next to Submit A Ticket, it goes to a login page. Once I login, it redirects me to the https://account.arena.net/overview page. When you click "Support" at the top right, it goes back to the support page but you're not signed in. Click the Sign In button, shows the login page, then you're sent back to the account overview page. SoftFootpaws.9134 Posted March 2 Share Posted March 2 (edited) i think you need to log in using the arenanet website, not the guild wars site, then it will work without the login loop. it's because of security measures in newer web browsers and the site being relatively old since it was designed over a decade ago, and there's not much to do about it. to clarify: 1. do not go to guildwars2.com 2. go directly to account.arena.net. 3. log in. 4. submit a support ticket. I was able to solve it by using disabling my ad blocker on the chrome browser. Foe some reason it was interfering.
