Would you consider Palworld equivalent to GW2

Do you consider Palworld to be similar to GW2?

  1. 1. ArenaNet and PocketPair are not really big corporations putting pressure on the game to be a certain way. So in the ideas and the vibe of the game, do you think GW2 and Palworld are similar.

    • GW2 and Palword idea generation feels similar
      3
    • GW2 and Palworld idea generation does not feel similar

  2. 2. MMORPG term is loose, not really any definite definition of it, GW2 is an MMORPG would you consider Palworld to be an MMORPG? It is coming release raid boss, raid boss that too is loose, but commonly known to MMORPG right?

    • Palworld does feel like an MMORPG like GW2
      2
    • Palworld does feel like an MMORPG but not like GW2
      4
    • Palworld does not feel like an MMORPG

  3. 3. Should GW2 take some ideas from Palworld. A lot of mount abilities, companion/pal, base building, being raided by enemies(enemies attack you randomly, its base being attacked), the visual combat new ideas. Something chases you and explodes, massive laser beam, grass attacks and you jump over them, etc.

    • Yes I would to see some things that are in Palworld to be in GW2

    • No I would not like to see Palworld ideas in GW2

If you, the person that is behind the suggestion, can't articulate what you actually want for GW2 to implement and be more specific than  "Palword ideas", you can't expect anyone else to know what you had in mind either.

Saying "just look at this game and borrow good stuff from it" is meaningless as a suggestion, because what constitutes "good stuff" (and, moreover, "good stuff worth being implemented here") is highly subjective, and every person will see a different list of things that might fit that description. And in this case it so happens that the lists many other players see seems to be much shorter than in your case. And i said "seems to be", because since you for some reason just can't be specific, we don't really know what's on your list either.

So, again, if you can't say what exactly you want to suggest for implementing in GW2, others will definitely not know what you're suggesting. We aren't mind readers.

How's that different than Guildhall idea? And that one is already in the game.

Do you not see workers. GW2 does not have base management in the game, nor does it have bases being raided. Guild halls do not get raided. No management in them. No setting NPCs in them. NPCs do not  perform any tasks nor can change to do other work, via dragging and throwing them at something to get them to do something else. GW2 does not have any of these things in the game currently.

This video shows all those points I quoted.

Base building, workers, base being raided, base workers trying to defend against the attackers, managing the base workers. Sanity, they become injured, they die,  they get depressed, and so on. Getting the right worker traits.
