Balance preview prediction.

- No changes whatsoever to power berserker or anything related to it. GS for example. 

- Heal Warrior is to weak. So they will buff Shout Healing slighty. 

- Pommel Bash now does (decent) dmg. That's all changes to maces. 

- They acknowledge that condi Warrior is to weak for how difficult it is to perform good. No chances tho. That's for next patch. 

- Spellbreaker now can give Alec. All you need to do is run 5 meditation skills. As they now give alac when traited. This effect gets tacked on a random trait. 

- For some reason, sight beyond sight gives group Fury now. 

- Pistol gets a dmg buff. Still weaker than Axe. 

- They fixed 2 bugs. (They will still be bugged) 

- Something gets reworked into a worse state than before. 

- A Arc Divider joke gets made.

What I expect to see...

  • "Please play this weapon" or some variant of that will be said at least once.
  • Tactics buffs that are great on paper but will cause nerfs in the future since the PvP forum will burn to the ground in fury over it.
  • Pommel Bash's barrier is now an AoE application, see the first bullet.
  • Dragon's Roar no longer pushes back the caster.
  • Dragon Trigger's charge time reduced to 2 seconds for a full charge, down from 2.5s.
  • 0.1 increase in coefficient on each strike of 100B.
  • Scorching Earth's target cap reduced to 1 per field in WvW.
  • Alacrity moved to Spellbreaker on Slow Counter. Will only trigger on successfully activating Full Counter.
  • Daring Dragon gains an entirely new functionality rather than its old one.

What I would love to see:

  • Attack speed increase on Mace AA.
  • Counterblow's attack is a flipover available after blocking, and deals more damage per block
    • Ditto Riposte.
  • 100B's cast time reduced to 2s.
  • Bladetrail now bounces off of terrain.
  • Alacrity moved to Slow Counter. The boons from Guard Counter, Slow Counter, and Revenge Counter apply on using Full Counter rather than activation as well as upon using a meditation skill. 5s duration in PvE, 3s in PvP/WvW.
  • Marching Orders' CD is removed. Prior ties to trait activations are removed.
  • Soldier's Comfort gains a tiered effect on adrenaline spent, does not require hitting with a burst and activates upon use.
  • Martial Cadence gains it's own 5s CD.
  • Phalanx Strength now shares boons you grant to yourself to allies in the area at fixed durations per boon.
  • Vigorous Shouts now grants extra effects to shouts rather than healing (I could be persuaded to keep the healing though):
    • FGJ: Gain 5 adrenaline per affected ally.
    • SiO: Allies gain resolution for 10s/5s (PvE/Comp).
    • OMM: No longer requires a target, affects all enemies within 600 range. Enemies are now also immobilized for 1s.
    • Fear Me: Gains 2 Ammo, 5s between uses. Foes that are feared lose 3 boons.
    • To The Limit: Now heals allies in the area for the same amount.
  • Mending Might now heals allies you grant might too.
  • Rifle gets a 25% damage increase on each of its weapon skills.
    • Rifle AA gets a 20% increased attack speed.
  • Longbow AA gains a 20% increased attack and projectile speed and burns by default.
  • Fast Hands weapon swap reduction is baseline. Fast hands now grants 1.5s of quickness on weapon swap, 4s CD.
  • Eternal Champion's Berserk Mode exit is now baseline.
  • Bloody Roar's damage increase is increased by 5% in all game modes.
  • Wholesale Bladesworn rework...
  • Core Warrior gains a F2 skill. I don't really care what so long as it is impactful.
