Heat the Soul and Spear

Not sure about it, but it seems that Heat the Soul has a cooldown when used with the Spear's primal burst Wild Throw  (the internal cooldown of Heat the Soul was removed in November 28, 2023).

If you use Wild Throw, then reset it with Blood Reckoning and use Wild Throw again, the second application doesn't triggers Heat the Soul (it works fine with every other weapon).

Can someone double check it please?

It's not every weapon. I just went and checked, it's only Flaming Flurry and Wild Throw that don't give quickness both times.
Hammer, Longbow, Axe, Dagger, Greatsword, Mace, Rifle, and Staff all did.

Well, I guess I didn't check the underwater weapons but anyways, it worked for everything but those two.

I'm 99% sure that it's all weapons but can't check as I'm not home till tomorrow.

Yup this happens on Longbow as well if you bust out Berserker F1's too fast. 😑
