Gokil.2543
For whatever reason, electric discharge now autotargets the closest available target, rather than zapping the one you have selected. Electric discharge is the 2nd minor in air magic that casts a lightning bolt on air swap by the way.

Loboling.5293
Wow, I hope it's a bug and not an intended change.
Arkaile.5604
I'm really surprised this isn't getting more attention unless most people don't use use this trait in their builds, or they do and they're just playing sword weavers. I've tested it myself and it's exactly as Gokil describes. I can't wait to see this hitting objects like flagpoles, supply stockpiles, ambient creatures and walls in wvw. Also, have fun with those mesmer clones.

fuzzyp.6295
Yes, this bug is indeed frustrating. Instead of hitting my target, I am often hitting a rangers pet or a random minion. I know they made some changes to this skill in the last patch but I dont think this is intended given the tool-tip. Can we get some confirmation from someone at anet that is a bug and being looked into? This is extremely hurting my Fresh Air plays, an already tricky spec to run.
