Im not able to get that item, because event is bugged - it doesn't even exist, npc is not there.I met couple people waiting for that event to be up but nothing happened. I know it's not the first time that event in cursed shore isn't working. I hope you can fix that case, because people with bolt and hope collection cant finish it.
