Elite spec [suggestion]

The mesmer then exchanges position of one random illusion. Only three initial illusions do damage. After ten seconds the six copies vanish (an action then also occurs) and only three damage outputing illusions remain. When a damage outputing illusion dies so does its copies.

The first could be fun. I think of this opne as an elite that gets clone skills, that kinda work like guardian spirits. You summon them, the skill flips so you can make them do something. Like running away then exploding, or charging the enemy like a flesh golem or blocking attacks in front of you.The second, while intriguing, I remember a WP vid where he discusses the idea with Boots and they conclude that it would perform only ass good as your internet connection. Right now your minions basically only get your coordinates and move along, what you suggest, again is a neat idea that would be worthy of an elite spec, would require your illusions to get all your informations on movement, skill use, buffs and debuffs. All that communication between your client and the servers is dependant on your connection so I doubt that, for example, players in the oceanic region or players with slow internet would get much of it.The third sounds like a horrible amount of screen clutter while also complicating the class and being a bit OP. Mesmers would have clones, illusions and copies now that all need balancing and and work put into them without adding something new to the class just more illusions that get less and less effective imho.

Still not convinced that it would fool anyone. You would have them either be untargetable as well, but the they will definitely won't fool anyone or, if they are targetable, they still need to be balanced and I can just assume that having 7 models per character would cause some serious issues. You say it yourself it's like a mass clutter of illusions, and there's enough clutter of effects already in the game. Try to work the first version out a bit more.
