DeceiverX.8361 Posted September 21, 2018 Share Posted September 21, 2018 @Axl.8924 said:So is swindlers equilibrium useful now?Pretty sure he means its entire existence.The functionality of the trait used to just be a 1 second reduction in cooldown on each dodge rather than a full reset on just as long of a cooldown.With Improv it makes the thief basically impossible to pin down/track its cooldowns because outside of signets you have no idea what's actually recharged on your opponent, and it's a lot of free damage/healing for S/D, which being a tempo set, it isn't supposed to have.
