Seem to have lost the balance patch

We found a few broke runes, but no sign of a balance patch.

I'm gonna be honest if you wait till mid season to drop the balance patch, I'll be posting a goodbye thread too.

Remember when ANET rolled out the mini balance, supposedly BONUS Patch? ANET be like: JK! That was the whole patch and we're not due for another one till February

Si, please, enlighten us!There wasnt 30-0 (unrankedskek)When he cried out about how bad reaper and went 0-16 (necro main lul). Everyone disagree with him and pointed tons of his mistakes and decisions . Was fun to read
